The drive thru, which is the only option open, is averaging 8-9 min per car just to place an order and there is a very long line. This appears to be a franchise issue, as this is the second location we have tried this afternoon. We waited for 15 minutes at the speaker at the other location. Strongly recommend that Arbys address this systematization problem, in light of staffing considerations.
We got the wrong order. We didn't want to drive all the way back to get what we had ordered. Next time we will check the bag before we leave. Usually we love the food.
This was so good! My favorite is the Buffalo chicken and roast beef with horsey sauce and Arby's sauce. Their philosophy cheesesteak didn't meet my expectations but everything else was amazing!
Usually Arby's is really good for when you want to pick up some quick gyros or beef and cheddar sandwiches. Unfortunately tonight the wraps for the gyros were very rubbery in the middle and hard as a rock on the ends. The beef and cheddar sandwiches were absolutely rubbery. It reminded me of something you would cook in a microwave. This is unfortunate because normally I would be giving Arby's four stars. It will be a while before I pick up food at this location again. Due to the sandwiches not being very good tonight.
The food was cold . The fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The drinks We're terrible sprite was flat and my tea tasted disgusting. Ordered a 9 piece chicken nuggets got a 6 piece.
Tired Staff, long drive thru waiting time. Food was fresh and tasty.
I visited from out of town on the day that car accident happened right outside. We loved the spunkyness of that manager. Shes a great leader and served us well.
Great staff every time I've been! Always clean and food has never disappointed. The only negative thing this place could offer is the drive through. Bad design. So not even Arby's chain fault
Not great service. Ordered a sprite and got carbonated water. Sent it back. And they gave us a second carbonated water. So customer service not great. Food was warm. So that was nice.
I had the beef and cheddar combo meal. You can dine inside. Bathroom was clean. Prices are reasonable.
