I was there 20 minutes before they closed and the drive thru was soooo slow that by the time I got up there it was 2 minutes to close and she comes on and says I’m sorry were actually closed. Wtf… I was in line for 20 minutes for nothing?! Teach your staff protocol, or have somebody walk out and place a cone behind the last car at a certain time but don’t turn away people that waited on YOUR own slow cooks!!!

Where to begin…I went to Wendy’s with my friends expecting a good meal, my friend opened her salad and luckily saw this big two inch acrylic nail inside the salad. We were all instantly disgusted and did not want to eat any of our food. We went back around to ask for a refund and the lady dealing with us was not pleasant. She insisted that the worker with the nails on (Shirley), was not making the salad, so it was impossible that it could’ve been in the salad. We were in disbelief as we told her that there was no other way the nail could’ve gotten in and she continued to disagree. She then said that we would only be getting a refund for the salad. The manager then continued to accuse us of putting the workers nail inside of the salad. So unprofessional!! This also shows that this location is not following proper health code regulations and I insist that the health inspectors check them immediately! We are very upset and will never be returning! If I could rate 0 stars I would, but I can’t .

Always closed early. Staff has an attitude problem especially night staff. Also they are not friendly to Door Dashers. Thanks to the jerk that (when the lights were still on didn't answer through drive thru, and when he finally did he just said 'Closed. Good luck out there.' in the snarkiest voice. Just needlessly rude.

Other than my large fry actually only being a medium and not fresh everything else was alright. Having worked fast food myself I am 95% sure I got the bottom of the fry bin and whoever was working was too lazy to put on more fries which I would have been more than happy to wait for. I was literally the only car there.

Horrible experience. I ordered through the app before arriving, nobody in front of me when I arrived but they asked to pull up while they make the order, big mistake on my part for doing that. We waited 20 minutes for them to bring out our order and when we finally got home it was cold, dry and missing items. When you have kids and they are hungry and missing part of their order it is so frustrating and upsetting. Just pass on Wendy's because this seems to be the norm with all locations lately, this time was just too much that it will be our last.

Would rate 7 stars if I could. Nicholas carried the whole experience for the extra 2 stars.We all love this guy. Truly a great time. Thanks Nicholas! P.S. the picture is of us in the drive through.

General Manager Jared was awesome. The Wendy's app is terrible. It didn't work, but Jared took care of it with 5 star customer service. Food was great. No thanks to Wendy's Corp.

The cleanest Wendy’s I’ve Ever seen!!!!! Their kitchen was SPARKLING and no food on the floors!! I was literally shook! Congratulations guys!

I went to grab food. Never mind the food was gross, they had a leak on their outdoor faucet that needs a certain type of wrench. I had one with me due to my profession and told them I could fix it in 10 seconds for them. They were very rude about it and said no. I’m trying to help them and they treat me like that… come on guys.

Says open till 11, but when I came around at 10:30, they wouldn’t take my order in the drive through. Most interesting part was that there was a car picking up it’s order from the window when I pulled in.
