Burger was yummy but service was not good. I ordered online and selected curbside pickup. They emailed me a number to cal once I got there. I call the number and someone with no phone manners mumbled they do not do curbside pickup. They continued to speak either a different language or mumbling away from the phone and then hung up on me. I go inside and wait at the counter for a few minutes while workers are just talking. Finally someone comes up to the counter and asks what I need. Just poor service. And they need to update their online ordering.
Burger was good. I rate it above average. The onion straws were amazing though! I'd go back just to get the onion straws again!
It was our 1st time here, wish we asked more questions initially. The cashier was a younger guy and did his job with no extra help. It wasn't till we finished ordering that I realized they don't do meals or combo's. So you order the size of the burger you want, fries or onion strings are separate as are drinks. Even though the service was 'less than' the food was actually really good. The salted caramel shake was delicious!
First time at Tony Burger. Just moved into the area and thought I’d give it a try. Had a coupon and the burger in the picture looked absolutely delicious. Sad to say, but the burger was extremely overcooked, dry, no flavor except for charcoal. Considering it is done with three types of meat it was extremely disappointing. I’ll never go back and do not recommend.
The make your own burger option is so great! They even offered at lettuce wrap to make my burger GF. You could tell they use high quality ingredients. Definitely recommend!
Good burgers and shakes. Fries are just okay
First time going here, drove all the way up from provo just to eat here, the main thing we wanted was the onion strings which they didn't have any of. The employees were very friendly, helpful and patient with this being our first time there and now knowing how the ordering process worked. The restaurant was nice, and clean but there were almost no napkins in most of the dispensers so we ended up sharing a dispenser with 2 other tables. The food wasn't as good as I was hoping for but all in all not a bad place to go site down and eat with family or friends.
I could not have enjoyed my extra large perfectly cooked southwest burger. Double fried fries are also amazing. The staff was exceptional even when I was slow to order , not knowing the menu. I highly recommend. My fav new burger spot.
Looks promising on the outside, not great quality on the inside.Fries are awful (do you cut out the bad parts of the potato?) and kids meals are way over priced for a couple chicken nuggets.Burgers are too greasy and super over priced.We didn't try the shakes.The sign says you serve Salids but you don't serve them anymore?I guess my wife is not having a Salid tonight...
I love this place for the most part, and I love the vegan option for burgers. My only issue is a lack of consistency. Am I getting a pile of mushrooms or a couple? Am I getting 3 jalapenos or is my burger filled with them? You never know really, it's the case with every location too.
