I love the family Marta and Francisco that owns this restaurant. They treat my 75 year mother so well, she comes almost weekly and we had her birthday party celebration here.I feel inspired by the colors and decor and my favorite breakfast is the Huevos Rancheros and my favorite lunch is the Tortilla Soup.

This place had great service with fresh food. Jorge was a wonderful server, he provided us with recommendations as well as letting us know what foods were very popular. Jorge was attentively making sure our drinks were filled and that nothing was wrong with anything we ordered. When we go back I will always request to have him as our waiter.

Tio's is such amazing family owned place. And Jorge was such amazing waiter so friendly and helpful. Food was awesome 👌

A good and friendly place for Mexican food. It may seem rather small on the outside but the inside never makes you feel cramped or crushed. The service was a bit slow at times. But that can be attributed to the current shortstaffing of most places right now. The seats were reasonably comfortable and the atmosphere within the restaurant is nice. After trying some of the food it was decent. About average for a lot of Mexican places. Nothing really making me go wow. But it will absolutely do in a pinch of your craving Mexican. The chips were quote good however. If I was in the area and qating Mexican I'd definitely stop on in and eat. All in all a good Mexican restaurant. Worth going to.

We come here all the time and they have the best food I’ve ever eaten and really awesome salsa!!! Jorge was AMAZING and really made sure we were taken care off and was so nice!!! I am so excited for when they can start making some real margaritas because I know Jorge will defiantly make them amazing!!! Thank you for always making the visit amazing!!!

Absolutley amazing service and amazing food! Best authentic Mexican restaurant that I have been too, hands down. Quality is all the way through from the service and food all the way down to the toilet paper and the cleanliness of the restrooms. The service was on point, drinks were filled and food was made hot, and fresh. We will be back for sure ?

Good food, great staff, very kind. The fried ice cream is unreal. One of the better Mexican food restaurants in Utah.

Quantity > quality. Cafeteria-style taste, big portions. Service is sufficient. Ambiance is there. I came with a Mexican immigrant who likes food, and we both ate but didn't savor. We won't be returning.

The food was ok but the service was really really slow. The drinks should have been out faster and never got any refills during dinner. I’d be up for giving another try later.

From about a minute after walking in and not even being acknowledged, my companion was asking if we should just leave. Finally an employee said he could get us a table in about four minutes; he just had to clean it first.Once seated, he offered us one menu to share. It was several more minutes before our waitress came to take our order. It took seven minutes more to get our drinks, but only 12 to get our food. In the meantime, we got a pathetically small bowl of chips which must have come from the bottom of the bag because we got a lot of crumbs. No refill was offered. And when our food came, we still had no utensils or napkins, so the waitress had to bring them afterwards. Our food was okay - nothing to go out of our way for, but okay. The waitress never checked on us or offered drink refills; we got them only by asking. And when we were done, we put our plates out to the edge of the table, but they weren’t cleared. She never asked if we wanted any dessert. (My companion joked that we could prolong the pain by ordering fried ice cream.) we sat and we sat, waiting for her to bring our check. She passed our table several times, but we were invisible. I finally stopped her as she was once again passing by to ask for our check.Noteworthy is that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the paper towels were NOT soft.Extremely slow/bad service gets zero stars. Having to share one menu, no checking up by the waitress, no refills without asking, having to wait and wait then ask for the check all get zero stars. Food was okay. Two stars combined.
