Just don't go to this Taco Bell. We've tried this one multiple times and there's always something wrong with an order. The worst is when you order on the app, they go ahead and make your food right away instead of waiting for you to get there and confirm you're ready for your order. Then when you get it, it's cold as it's been sitting out for however long.

If the employees were a little more conscientious and changed their gloves between customers, it would make a world of difference. Instead, they will be waiting on the customers with gloves on and stick their fingers in the drink cups when they hand them to you. I saw one employee use the same gloves to make the food that she used to collect cash with. Just because you're wearing gloves doesn't mean it's automatically clean. In the same token, you shouldn't be working in multiple areas if one of them involves handling cash. Multiple food stations is already a no no, but handling cash with the same gloves? That's disgusting. No more Taco Bell for my family.

Food is always great but the orders are always messed up a little.
I waited 25 minutes in the drive through line tonight and was only six cars back to start. Ridiculous! By the time I got my food it was cold, and there was no sauce in the bag. :(
Seeing as this is the closest Taco Bell to my residence, I have come here multiple times and they have always screwed up my order. From something as simple as forgetting the Chipotle sauce on the quesadilla, to not give me my full order going through the drive through. Taco Bell isn't know for it's fine dining but this specific restaurant is the worst one I've gone to.
The crunchy Supreme tacos were pre-made before we order them. As a result they were soggy and lost all there crunch.Very disappointed , will not go there for a long time. Our taco Tuesdays will be Chinese Food.
Hope a manager sees this an talks with staff because second time this has happen first11-2-21 second 11-12-21 so they are Very slow no motivation people having to wait 25mins or longer need get something to happen they all seem not happy work nor hurry get orders done thank you
Ordered my food online, showed up the store and they where closed. No I don't have my food, wasted my time, and can't get my money back
