Don’t order through the app for curbside pick up. You will arrive at the estimated pick up time, and still wait 15 minutes. You’re better off going through the drive-thru.
Great drinks, good prices, strong selection, and lots of sugar free options.Our drinks have always been made correctly and the line moves quickly.That said, I docked a star because without fail the person taking the orders always asks us to order before we can see the menu. It’s always awkward to tell them we want to see the menu before ordering. It’d be great if they had a second menu for those in the back of the line, or a menu that the order taker carried with them, or a menu that could be picked up at the start of the drive thru and handed back to the order taker or pickup window. Just a few ideas to improve the ordering experience.I suppose, additionally, it’s inconsistent on whether or not they’ll use the card on file. I’ve been asked to verify the last four, been told they can’t use it unless I show them my physical card, been told they can’t use it at all anymore, and also had them charge it without asking for any verification. Seems to depend on who is taking the orders that day.
Ordered a Bloody Wild and couldn't even drink it through the straw. The bottom was a congealed mass of strawberry puree. Tried stirring it with a spoon and it still would not mix. Ended up having to throw it away.
Delightful as always. It seems to be an across the board thing at a lot of swigs that they are out of gummy sharks for their shark attack kids drinks. They always use gummy bears instead. Maybe they should rename it!
I used to frequent this location but the last 4 times ive been there ive waited 20+ minutes. My drinks arent tasting consistant and ive been pretty disappointed in this location. Hope they can figure the speed out so i feel like i can come back.
The drive thru is absolutely ridiculous! It takes so long to get one thing! By the time you get your order you don't want it anymore. But the drinks and food are pretty good.
Every morning I stop at swig and get my daily swig shot and the staff here are so friendly! They have even gotten to the point that they know me and know what drink is my “usual”…do I have a problem…yes! Does anyone blame me? Of course not! ?
A truck broke down in front of us tonight in the drive through right before close but the swig team handled it so great! The guy who helped us get our drinks was amazing.
I enjoy going to swig. Sometimes the line is long and takes forever or the line is short and takes forever but, I still prefer swig over most places for fresh tasting drinks and good flavorings that don’t taste like chemicals or perfumes. Keep up the good work.
