If you want your sandwiches at a decent time use the app otherwise it seems to be a solid 15-20 minute wait with just a couple people in front.
This location is probably the worst I’ve been to. The girls are always on edge with each other, they don’t work as a team and they acted inconvenienced that I even came in. I watched one of the girls throw the mayonnaise across the line because she was in a hurry. I even came in another time and watched one of the ladies come in from smoking a cigarette and not wash her hands before starting to make food. I think I’m done with that location till they get a new staff.
We stopped to get two sandwiches this afternoon (December 12, 2021). The two girls who were working the counter had masks pulled down under their chins. We politely asked them if they would wear them correctly and not only did they not pull them up, they were very unkind in the process. My friend has COPD and is on Oxygen, we were both fully masked and had tried to go through the drive through but it wasn't working. The sandwiches were a soggy mess. More importantly was the complete lack of customer service that bordered on bullying. Never again.
Andrew, I hope he works at this location (south jordan 3649 w) as long as he can because he is the best. He makes the best subway sandwich and a great customer service. And I’ve been to other locations in Utah but those are not good at all compare to this location.
This was hands down one the best experiences I've had at a Subway in a long time! My wife and I were astonished at the professionalism of the employee that helped us today. We didn't get his name, but he was amazing!! I hope he gets a raise or some kind of recognition for his help because not only was he all alone working, he was getting customers through in such a fluid manner! There was a couple of people in line before us when we walked in, and to be honest I was nervous once I noticed there was only one person on the job, but he got us all through in no time. The sandwiches were made to perfection, and I mean it, literally looked like it was off a commercial! The gentleman that helped us was super polite and friendly and made our whole experience amazing! I hope that he gets some immense compensation and recognition for his work because it was truly amazing!Wednesday evening 8/25/21(wanted to put the date so that you would know who to give recognition to)
Whoever worked tonight Wed August 25th 2021 was the BEST!! He’s worked at subway for just over 3 years. We have been to a lot of subways lately and our food was skimpy, old, or not very good. The worker tonight was the only one on shift and was fast but efficient and made our sandwiches SO GOOD!!! Fresh, loaded, and just perfect. He was also so kind. I wish I would of given him a tip but we had a gift card so I hope he get extra compliments or a bonus for his great work!! He is keeping this small location running by himself and doing amazing. Made me want to eat more subway!
Slowest service I have ever experienced. Maybe they should higher more help. Definitely won’t be returning to this location anymore. Every time I come here it’s new faces the manager must not be treating employees the best. Revolving door of new employees. Most subways I have been in have 2-4 employees this store always just has two running the show what a joke.
The 2 girls tonight 6/3/21 had doors closed at 8:45pm when hours online says they close at 9pm!!!
A little behind on cleaning but everything else was great :)
Food was great and the guy in dreads seriously made the best sandwiches!Thank you for not squishing my bread!
