Wouldn’t let me use the code for half off on tuesdays in July. Even with the app. Do not recommend this location.
I went at 7:20 in the morning and no one was there, I sat in the drive through for 5 minutes before driving off. When I passed the drive-thru window, the lights were off, and no one was inside. But it said it was "open"
It's a good place for dine in and fast for drive through. Great customer service! ONLY THING is one time I ordered a medium cappuccino and the weight of the cup was ridiculous light. I opened the cup and saw less than half of the cup size with actually coffee. The rest was froth. I am not a person who likes to complain but I had to park and get it to ask a new one. They tried to explain how a cappuccino is but come on!! I've been drinking coffee my whole life. Anyway the girl was very polite and gave me a new one.
Staff still need retraining! Every time I go to buy coffee, it is either too sweet or tasteless! And make the wrong drink almost every time! They also insisted that they were right! Another employee had a very bad attitude, which made me feel a little "racist" and uncomfortable.
Husband and I got over charged because the person in the drive thru didn’t know the menu. When I pointed out the mistake, she did not offer to fix it. Instead she disappeared from the window to work on something else and didn’t even hand me back my card. Super poor customer service skills.
This team is jovial and great. I asked for a discontinued drink, and they made me a beverage that was not only close to the real thing, but greatly improved.
I used to stop at a different Starbucks on my way into work but they were always so slow so when this one opened I decided to try it. It's great they are always so fast I usually don't have any wait at all and everyone that works there is very friendly and goes out of their way to get to know the customers.
This place was so slow! I love Starbucks, although I'm not a coffee drinker. But man I swear I was sitting in this drive-thru forever! They really need to work on speed of service.
ENOCH!!! Top tier service. I am having a terrible few days & your happy face & kindness really made me feel better. Also I always order my drinks warm or less hot and this was one of the first times EVER it wasn’t scalding hot. So thank you again!
I cannot say enough about this store.It is clean, service is fast, and everyone is so friendly.I am Always greeted with a "hello!"And seriously I have been to another one just 5 mins away and they were awful. But this store is doing something right and the rest of the stores in the area should take notice.Your team is amazing here, shout out to Kaitlyn (sorry if I misspelled it) she is so friendly and nice.
