Got coffee from this location one morning and the latte was absolute garbage and the lid was cracked on the chai I got and when I went to grab it to take out of my car the lid completely busted and my drink went everywhere. My fiancé called the “lead” picked up and said they would resolve it and we could come back to get new ones free of charge. When we explained the situation when we went back to get replacements some guy made it seem like we were lying and to make sure next time we get a “name.” It’s not our fault your lead didn’t inform anyone or write it down on your book. Horrible customer service both times. Will travel longer to go to the new location in south Jordan. What a joke!!
If you order any of their prepared drinks be very careful, they will try to pass off items that are past their expiration date! The worst part though is they won't make good on it. I ordered one of their Berry Vital through Uber Eats and was delivered the expired product and when I called the store the shift manager, Amber, said they wouldn't deliver another. I would have to come into the store to exchange it or get a refund. Not sure how that makes sense and really question the customer service at this location if that's how they handle issues that are completely of their making. Not sure if the one star is even appropriate in this instance.
The staff here are really nice and definitely deserve a raise for working so hard especially when they're clearly understaffed. A lot of people are less than understanding over it but I would like them to know they are appreciated!
I always order online and the quality is hit or miss here, while ready when I walk in.Sometimes the shots are deadToday it was made with regular milk. Not soy.Common mistake, but if someone were severely lactose intolerant could ruin a day

A bit disappointed with this location serving a cold mocha that was supposed to be hot. Also whats up with no honey at most locations?Overall the tea is always great.
Love this little location! The drive thru can get busy with the rush, but they handle it like champs. I come here a couple times a week and have never had any issues or orders made incorrectly.The staff here are friendly; they definitely add a smile with their great service.
Always a great experience here and Lissette truly made my bday feel a little extra special when she found out it was my birthday!!!

DO NOT GET THE PUMPKIN CREAM COLD BREW. DO GET PUMPKIN CHAI LATTE. PUMPKIN CREAM COLD BREW TASTES NASTY. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!
