A girl named Ema, with glasses, who worked at 2:30pm today 4/19/22 took my order. I had order 4 drinks and 3 cake pops. She was very rude and dismissive to my children and I . She didn't even ask us if we wanted a straw but she offered the customer after us if they wanted a straw. She in fact told me that I was rude, when all I did was order and took my kids aside and waited. Mind you we had 4 drinks. Yes, absolutely, I had a tired child who needed go for a nap. But she seemed so irritated by children. Please train your employees to work under high stress environments, especially with only two customers in line(sarcasm)I come to this target regularly but this isn't my regular Starbucks, because some incompetent girls can't get my drink right like this one today. Please address this so you don't have another encounter like this other than someone like me. ?
There is something for every taste, I'm not that into Starbucks but my family is, they love the Chocolate Cookie Cramble Frappuccino and the little ones the pink lemonade! For me I tea chi is good!
I really wish they wouldn’t use the café seating area as a storage room and would allow their patrons to sit down to enjoy their coffee and food.? My son and I went a few weeks ago, we ordered and our plan was to enjoy our stuff before shopping in Target. Instead we got our order, walked back to the car turned the heater on since it is winter, ate and drank. Then instead of shopping in Target we left. Didn’t feel like browsing the isles anymore.
Employees were very kind and offered fast service. However the extreme amount of unavailable options kinda made me bummed.
Always gets the order right. Never had a bad experience here.
The baristas weren't very friendly. I ordered the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso which I usually get at other locations and it's fine, but here when I got it, it was half-full. The top half was just the bubbles from it being shaken. Kind of disappointing when you pay $6 for a drink ?
I ordered a hot chai tea and I literally received steam milk.
Employees pretending wearing masks. Masks on the chin doesn’t work. Canceled my order.
