This is my favorite place to eat. The food is very delicious and the salad bar is full of everything healthy and fresh to eat. The price of food is very good and competitive with today's prices. It's worth the money. You get more than enough. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I go there every weekend for a beautiful atmosphere in dining. I'm impressed. See you there.....

Went on a date with my GF for dinner. She ordered the bacon wrapped steaks, I ordered a salad bar. When the steaks came, she cut into one and it was super red, second one was even worse. We didn’t exactly have a server, nobody had officially greeted us. After trying for 10-15 minutes to get the attention of any server, I finally stood up to get a curly haired server. I mentioned to him that we had an issue with the steak.He went and got a clean plate, took both steaks to the kitchen and had them heated up some more. I was caught off guard that they were going to take the steaks back to the kitchen instead of just bringing properly cooked steaks, but we were both hungry so we waited.After a few minutes, a woman comes out with the steaks and asks us to cut into them. They were both still rare. The woman said “you’re asking for medium rare, this is medium rare. If you don’t want any red….”She insisted that they were medium rare, didn’t offer any additional solution, so we accepted the steaks. Picked at them and ate some of the steak and left. Pretty poor experience. Won’t be back.

I've left Sizzler really disappointed today. We went to have lunch with 3 adults, along with my 2 years old and my autistic 4-year-old children. Autist kids are picky eaters, my son does not eat and the lady that received us at the entrance wanted to charge us for my son. She was really disrespectful in the way she directed to us about not giving food to my autistic kid because we're not paying for him, she said: If he stays, he can't eat your food. I asked if we were required to pay to have our kids at the table with us, and she said, no. Then I said, what's the issue though? And she repeated that if Kids are not paying, they couldn't eat. I think that's a ridiculous statement! Of course, we wouldn't get extra food paying for less, what kind of teaching would I give to my children?!She also asked my wife what she wanted and because my wife told her the drink she wanted before telling her the plate, she rolled her eyes and vented in front of us, saying: food first! I don't see the point in doing this other than trying to upset their customers.After our food came, she then, went to our table to see if my kid was also eating from our food, and he wasn't of course. She went to other employees and my wife heard her saying that we didn't want to pay for food for the kids and wanted them to have food, that was really disrespectful.I asked the server for the manager, and to my surprise, she said she was one of the managers. I told her what happened. Another manager came to talk to us and apologize on behalf of the old lady.I've always liked Sizzler's service, but this old lady was really disrespectful. I couldn't eat my food and had a really bad experience. We went there to have a good time and it turned out to be the worst experience of the day.The other manager told me that he would take this to his supervisors, I really hope this bad experience reaches the stakeholders for this unit and they move the angry old lady out of the reception, it was a really bad experience, and I don't want to meet this lady again.After leaving Sizzler, I just realized that she charged me for a salad bar when I didn't ask for a salad bar, however, I decided to not go back to ask for a refund for the salad bar and have to talk to that lady again. But just want to say that nice servers shouldn't be managed by a really bad leader and terrible host like that old lady manager. If she is there, I prefer to go to other restaurants in the district, it does not worth the chance of having another bad experience.

I had lost all faith in Sizzler. However after coming to this location I have started eating here on a regular basis. The servers are friendly and helpful. The manager takes the time to make sure you are taken care of. The hostess was great at making suggestions on what to eat. The salad bar is rotated so fast that I don't know how they are not losing money on it. I now eat here weekly.

Not a bad place to go by any means, and certainly just the way I had always remembered it. If you go to the sizzler I would always recommend to jump in on their salad bar. This way you can try a little bit of everything and you don't have to wait for your food to come out, it's immediately there and available. There were a few items that they were out of stock on, however very quickly they got the items back out nice and hot and we enjoyed our stay at the sizzler. Make sure to grab their bread, as it is one of the best things there!

This is one of those visits where you cannot find one thing wrong! From our cashier to the optimal service from Jose to a perfectly cooked steak ? to the fruit tasting in season to the smiling attitudes of the staff, 10+ and THANK YOU FOR BEING SO AWESOME. It was a privilege to eat at your establishment. No sauce needed.

I HIGHLY recommend this location!Tyler was the best server! (We we're there for dinner and had also made a To go order.) The guy was running several tables, so he was hoppin'! He introduced himself and made some small talk. Then, he filled our glasses and made sure they were never even close to empty. He checked on us several times to make sure we were doing well. They guy next to us had endless shrimp and Tyler never had to be asked for shrimp because he was always had the next plate ready. From what I witnessed, all his tables were well taken care of and the people he served were happy. Before we could ask for our to go order to be put in, HE asked US if we were ready for it to be submitted. I wish his drive and attention to detail could be instilled in others (both in and out of the service industry).The two ladies that were in charge of the salad bar were amazing, as well. They made sure to keep items fresh (one lady checked the brownies and found a couple on the top to be a little dry so she discarded them, allowing the fresh ones to be more prominent) and any spilled items were promptly wiped up. The salad/ice cream bar looked stellar!! The ice cream bar was so well maintained that I had to actually open the toppings lid to see what was inside, rather than judge by the dribbles that normally reside around each container! Well done ladies!!

I used to love sizzler after 3 yrs of not eating out I took 3 of my grandchildren to lunch. The lady that took our order acted like a stone wall. She ask my grandson what side order he wanted with his meal. He ask what there was...she pointed at the menu on the wall. My granddaughter ordered a cheeseburger when she got it there was no cheese but a hair. Of course she didn't want to eat it. Our service was awful from the beginning and the food was the same. Quit a disappointment

After a long hiatus from seated dining, I was excited to get back to a hot juicy steak, so we went in on New Years Eve to a huge disappointment. Dry steak, meager serving of flavorless lobster and drawn butter, watered down and touted as “lemon-butter”, supposedly an upgrade. More like a cost-cutting pseudo delicacy. Had to let the butter settle to the bottom and carefully dip in to find the butter flavor. Went to Red Lobster today and enjoyed a hot, juicy and delicious meal, including a flavorful lobster tail and unadulterated drawn butter. Now, I’d give that meal 5 stars for sure.

Everything was great. Packed. Christmas eve. But they handled it very well. Line out the door but no more than a 15 min wait. For being so busy, it was clean. Our waiter was amazing.
