The flavors of smoothie we got were not as good as my preferred location but they were still pretty good.One of ours had a banana in it and the banana overpowered all other flavors. Also the lime one my daughter had tasted lime straight lime juice. She did not really like it.My son LOVED the Nutella one but it was a seasonal special so not sure how long it will be around.
Moldy blueberries, half full smoothie bowl, wasn’t COLD? Dudes, so not cool. And those were all from separate visits. I thought one time was a fluke, so I went again… was very disappointed. Even though I go to the Vasa in same parking lot, I would rather drive out of my way to go somewhere else.
I have gone in for resolution, left my phone contact for the manager and owner. No call received from manager or owner.I called two times; was assured mgr / owner were given my name and contact. Reminded that only mgr and/owner can address....Why my account does NOT show two purchases.....advised again name and number left for manager and owner. Not sure why you have not heard fro..them
Just got back from roxberry and I got a 16 oz pnut butter blast smoothie. Waited for like 20 minutes in the drive thru, got my smoothie and it was a completely different flavor plus I got charged for a 24 oz. I wasn’t told the price or given a receipt until I noticed the charge on my account that was not the price for a 16 oz. By the time I noticed and turned back around it was closed. Has happened a couple times at this location and haven’t been impressed.
I came to the drive through this morning and waited a while for someone to acknowledge that I was there. I pull up to the window and it took forever for someone to come take my debit card. Finally after Almost 10 minutes, I got my ONE smoothie. The smoothie tasted ok, but it was chunky.
Went through the drive-thru and ordered 4 smoothies. We requested to have an ingredient left out of 3 of them due to allergies. The kid taking the order repeated it correctly. Got home and all 3 were incorrect and had to be tossed.
When I walked in to the store this morning I was greeted by a young man and another gentleman. The young man stopped what he was doing and came to take my order. The staff at this roxberry are super friendly and professional. Every time I come the staff are always friendly and never in a bad mood or unprofessional.The service is amazing. I ordered a smoothie and it was delicious, and super fast. My daughter also enjoyed her smoothie. I will definitely be coming back!
Came through on a very empty snowy night. Nobody was in the lobby and nobody was in the drive through ahead of us. We ordered two drinks and two small bowls. It took 25 minutes to get our simple order out. The drinks and bowls were fine, they tasted good. It just took WAY too long.
