Good burgers and friendly atmosphere. This location is surrounded by parking so that has never been a problem. We were told the wait for a table would be 45-60 minutes but we were seated in about 30 minutes. Our server Shayne was super friendly, had great menu recommendations, and kept our drinks full. The onion tower is a family favorite, and we tried a few of the brisket offerings, all very good. The brisket chips is a nice smaller entree if a burger and fries is too much.
Wow!Normally I don't like eating out but this was amazing!There was a wait so the Hostess brought us fries. When I got my food a server saw that the ketchup was empty and brought me a new one even though we weren't her table.Our server was very attentive and so nice to us and did not rush us.This was good customer service and other businesses need to remember that this is the standard to follow.Good job Red Robin team!
Walked in and the place was hopping. Put our names on the list since we were told we couldn’t not wait in the bar. No biggie, walked around and came back when we got the text within the allotted 15-20 min, even though we were told sitting in the bar would be quicker seating. No so but no issues.We were seated and told to scan the QR code for the menu.Placed an order with our server Jordan.He brought out our drinks and then some fries as he said it may be awhile for our food.While we are waiting for our food people are seated at the bar…???Later we hear that they are placing a take out order. Um but they are currently enjoying a milkshake and fries, eating and taking their time even after their food was delivered.Sorry but that is not ok. Another person came in and asked to be seated at the bar, they are told no. Really?Burgers were good, charbroiled edges didn’t cut it for me personally and had something hard in my burger that I had to spit out.Fries and sauce were the best part.But honestly, if you are going to give special privileges to some and not all, we will take our business elsewhere.Also feel bad for the front staff as they had to eat standing up in between helping people. They deserve to get their legal breaks, let them sit down and enjoy their food.
I had a great experience, the waiter was awesome and brought our food in timely manner. I ordered the Scorpion burger with the Impossible patty and it was perfect. It was spicy yet flavorful, i would totally recommend it. I'm vegetarian so the Impossible patty was nice! I ordered a side of the pretzel bites; also amazing! It was clean and spotless where we sat. 10/10
Ask for Josh, we was on top of everything! Food came out to perfection without any lettuce and kept our waters full.When we asked for extra sauce he made sure to bring out extra not just one ?
Just go somewhere else that will appreciate your business. I had to go find my own highchair. We were rushed to order. Food came out cold and dry. And not just cold like luke warm. I ordered the fondue burger and the cheese came out cold like it came straight out of the fridge. I didn't have much of a chance to get this fixed. Our server had way too many tables to provide good service. He basically threw our boxes at us with a bag. So disappointed after spending $50+ on a Valentines day :/
LOVE this location! This is the second time we have come on a time crunch, the wait time was long but once we were seated we got our food within 15 minutes! They were crazy busy but we had excellent service. Our waiter Shayne was amazing (he deserves a raise). He knew we were in a time crunch and totally took care of us! Can’t wait to come back.
It was a really long wait. About 2 hours. But once we got seated down and order the food was out in about 5-10 minutes. The employees were very kind and worth the big tip. If you are okay with a longer wait them this I the place for great food.
I would LOVE to give 5 stars, sadly, after today's experience, I cannot. Came here for a between lunch and dinner burger. Got in, got seated pretty quick. However, after 20+ minutes, we finally got someone to come over and take our order. 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged is bad enough, but seeing several people seated after us get their food, and waiter after waiter avoiding us, before anyone spoke to us is pretty frustrating. The rest of the experience was good. The manager, Jared, took great care of us, afterwards. But it's gonna be a long time before I ever consider going back to this Red Robin.
This is one of our favorite places to eat. The fact that the fries and many of the sides, as well as many of the drinks, are bottomless is such a plus! This is one of the few restaurants where I actually finish my entire meal before leaving, even with bottomless fries! The service is always good and I have never had any issues with it.The only downside, is during busy eating hours like dinner and weekends, they have a super long wait time. We went on a Monday a little earlier than dinner time and we were seated immediately and got our food only a few moments after ordering.But we have gone on weekends or later in the evening and the wait times are well over 30 minutes. Sometimes I have seen it up to 90 minutes, even though I have never personally waited that long.
