It was my first time there! It was good! After eating, I told one of the workers that one of my friend’s had the restaurant in her hometown. He let me choose from a gift bag. Before he did, I noticed on the wall that there were shirts and items you could buy!
Great food and great service. Better than chick fil a! Also, order extra sauce. It’s good with the toast and fries.
This was our first time trying it. Service was fast and friendly and the food was great. It seemed like everything was cooked fresh. Chicken was great and we'll definitely be going back.
Food is amazing… however the way the place handles orders is ridiculous. 3 straight occasions I ordered online. 10 minutes later I get there and it’s not ready. They don’t know how to expedite the orders and communication sucks. I sit and wait for another 20 minutes while people in the drive thru & inside the restaurant get their orders. You’re better off waiting in the crazy lines.
My sister and her boyfriend talked so highly about this place that I was excited to go here and was just moderately satisfied. The food was good but the hype around it made the line incredibly long for what really amounted to Zaxby's style food...which isn't bad but I guess I didn't understand the hype.Service was great though so I believe I'll come again just for that.
Raising Cane's (clever play on words btw) is a fun, contemporary, and trendy restaurant that is constantly packed, ready to serve their southern-style fried chicken fingers. But does the hype live up to it's name?POSITIVES: The aura is inviting and modern. The staff are incredibly friendly from the time they greet you inside, to the time they hold the door to give a pleasant farewell. Despite having ridiculously long lines, we found them to be very efficient (which is honestly most likely due to their simple menu-- they're just constantly cranking out the chicken fingers).I actually loved their house sauce! The best way to describe it is a very peppery fry sauce. Frankly, I felt that it was the saving grace for their chicken. The Texas Toast was unlike any other I've had... It was a pillowy-soft strip of bread topped with sesame seeds-- great texture, awesome flavor. Lastly, their chicken: well-crisped, very juicy, and sizable. They done the texture just right, my only qualm is with the flavor, but that brings me to the negatives...NEGATIVES: unlike most chicken places that will supply you with endless sauce, here they will charge you for extra and you typically only get 1 with a combo (unless you order the Caniac!) While the texture of the chicken was amazingly juicy and crispy, the flavor was lackluster and pretty much requires that you eat it with your limited quantity sauce. I had to order extra to eat it with my fries. Heads up, the chicken sandwich combo doesn't come with a side of sauce since they put it on the sandwich for you.The side of coleslaw was nothing to write home about. Also, the crinkle-cut fries were about as good as ones you'd find in the frozen aisle of a grocery store, so that was a bit of a let down. I appreciate the simplicity of the menu, but was a little disappointed in their lack of desserts. No cookies, no milkshakes, nothing... Except for more fry sauce, best dessert right? That's how they getcha.PRICE: about $8-12 per person.RECOMMENDED: I ordered the Chicken Sandwich, which was fantastic. I preferred that over the chicken fingers (my wife ordered a Box Combo).Overall, it's definitely worth a shot. Take a date here, or come have a family dinner. Enjoy the nice decor of Peanuts characters (at least right now) and the amicable service, with some decent fast food! It may just be enough to satisfy anyone's desire to get their chicken finger fix.
Is Raising Cane's good? 100% it's good. Good quality food with great service. Somehow I always end up coming when there isn't a massive line. The toast, straight fire. Sauce? Even better than the toast. Coleslaw? I don't like Coleslaw so I can't review it. Lemonade, really good. Chicken? Cooked perfectly. My one problem with Cane's. I can't eat the fries or chicken without the sauce so I have to order extra sauce. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the cost. For the money, I'll probably go to Popeyes because their chicken Sandwich is SOOO good. Best chicken Sandwich out there
Ordered online for 6:15PM, order wasn’t ready until 30 minutes later, being as late as I was I just didn’t have time to check the order but when I opened my meal I was missing some food, and the chicken wasn’t prepared right at which point I just couldn’t eat the meal, when I called they gave me a poor solution of just replacing 2 of the chicken fingers as opposed from the meal.
There have been so many people raving about Raising Cane’s, and after trying it today for the first time, I’m sorry to say it will probably be my last time..The chicken was just OK, and friends who came as well said the same. It was flavorless, dry, and honestly had an ashy taste. And for fries, they’re probably equal to that which you’ll find at a lunch cafeteria. Sauces were alright, but they’re kinda stingy in providing sufficient amounts as sides and on their sandwiches. The kids that work here as well, have poor customer service. It looked like the girl was about going to die when asked to clean a table. The Cashier also had a unfriendly attitude. And we’re here on a not so very busy Sunday…All leading into the cleanliness of dining in. We’re still in a pandemic, and not a single table got cleaned while there. Watched at least three other families have to clean their own tables before they could sit and dine.Maybe I’ve been spoiled from the eager customer satisfaction and service from Chick-til-A, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back here and spending another dollar for what Raising Cane’s calls chicken.
Great chicken, very high quality. Long drive through line moved very fast. Cane's signature sauce wasn't my absolute favorite, but their honey mustard was amazing.
