As a once frequent customer of this location I can without a doubt say that the service quality has taken a nose dive. I now understand the newly submitted poor ratings after my dining experience was disturbed. The dining room was atrocious; absolutely filthy. And the pizza was too highly priced to taste like every other pizza place. The only area this location makes up for is in its workers. I believe that the workers make this place home and they still provided a somewhat complete dining experience with fast service, friendliness, and good listening skills. Thank you for reading. Apparently people don’t know what a wood fire baked pizza is supposed to look like. Charred ends are par for the course. Stick to Little Caesar’s for the cookie cutter pizza experience. These guys are the real deal tho.Also, I was late picking mine up and the manager offered to remake it for me on the spot. I heard them talking when they thought I wasn’t listening and he was telling his employees he couldn’t care less about the wasted product if it meant he could take care of a customer.It was my first time eating there, and I chose it because it was close to my work, and I’m currently working on the marketing for a pizzeria my family is buying in Texas. I’ll be extremely pleased if my employees give half the experience they gave me here. I’ll be back!
We love Pizzeria Limone, but recently this location has really struggled with getting orders correct and making them in a timely manner. On our most recent visit, we got our pizza within 5 minutes, but it took another 20 for them to make our salads and lemonades. Hopefully this location turns things around, but for now, we’ll head to a different location.
Oh, I miss Pizza Studio. Crust was good but overall pizza lacked quality.
This is my 4th time in a row getting burnt (nearly inedible) food that I spend a lot of money for. They said it would be done in 20 minutes but it took 50. This is the last straw, don't plan on going back.
Dang Pizzaria Limone is good! Fresh hand tossed crust and fresh toppings done just how you like it. My favorite AUTHENTIC pizza.
This place has gone WAY downhill. My friend and I were the only two people in the building when there was a 15 minute wait between our food coming out. Once it was brought out staff was unfriendly and my pizza was burnt to a crisp. Not recommended with the cost for a personal pizza.
This location is subpar. Last night the lobby was very dirty, the floor was sticky, and it was just gross. The wait time was very long - we were the only people dining in but they filled to-go orders for a good 10 minutes before they took our order.The worst part was that while we were waiting for our food I noticed three workers eating off of the serving area - they had some dough and were sharing it with gloves on. They did not change gloves before filling more orders.Super nasty. Won’t be back to this location.
I love this place and would give it 5 stars if not for this one bad experience. The pepperoni pizza I ordered was delicious, but unfortunately the dessert pizza was so burnt it was almost inedible! Not sure how they thought that was acceptable to serve to a customer.I called in to see if they would make it right, but their phone would not go through to the actual store.
Worst service ever! Sad because I love the food, but their online service is horrible. The orders are NEVER ready on time. This is my fourth time ordering online to pick up at location. This particular time I arrived 30 minutes "late" on purpose, hoping to find my order ready, but like always I had to wait another 30 minutes for the pizzas to be ready. And on top of that, they charged me an extra $1.50 fee for their online service, what a joke! People that work and are on a schedule can't order from places like this one. Sadly this is my last time ordering online from this particular location.
