5 employees (3 guys, 2 girls) huddled in the corner of the store vaping while I stood waiting for my pizza.After vaping and after one girl wiped her nose and one guy wiped his hands all over his shirt, no hands were washed before they started prepping and boxing pizzas.My pizza was in the warmer when I arrived, but the cashier said it wasn’t ready yet, so I stood there for 15 minutes before another employee took it out of the warmer and handed it to me.
They delivered the wrong order. We came into pick up the corrected order because they only had 1 driver. We’ve been waiting 15 min in the lobby while I write this and haven’t been acknowledged because she’s on the phone. The line is building up. This is not the staff’s fault tonight. This is the owners fault. They are over worked and stressed. Hire.
Pizza and cheese bread were way overcooked. Very hard and crunchy. Pasta and wings tasted good, which is the only reason I'm giving 2 Stars instead of 1.
It is no surprise to me that this store has so many poor reviews. I haven't ordered from this store in quite some time because the last time, they took my order and didn't deliver it after they set it for delivery, and 2 hours later we found out that they kept it as takeout. Instead of calling me to ask me where we were on picking it up, they just threw it out instead. We showed up because it was well within within operating hours and we didn't want to wait any longer, but they said they ran out of ingredients and couldn't make any more pizza. Now, I'm running into the same issue where I made an order, they took my money, and the app has it as still making the order. It's now after close and I definitely haven't received my order. I didn't receive any cancellation or call that says that they weren't going to make it or deliver it either. When I called the store, I just had constant hang-ups, and at one point some kid yelled were closed and hung up. It seems like a simple solution by the manager, or somebody, to answer the phone and ask what I'm calling about. But this is not how this store is run. I have to say Pizza Hut ya need to figure something out because this store is a terrible representative. You definitely need some managers better trained because they don't train their employees well enough to clear orders or follow up with customers ever. How do you keep taking orders and money and not fulfill those orders and still stay in business. That is called stealing just so you know.
It was supposed to be curbside pickup but no one brought it to me. It said 10-20 minutes to be ready and it was closer to an hr before it was done. They forgot to make my mini Cinnabons and gave me cinnamon sticks instead. My pizza was cold by the time the cinnamon sticks were done.
If I could give no stars I would. I placed my order at 3:50 pm on the app to have it deliver at my home just in time for the Utah Jazz game at 7:45pm. Once it hit 8:00 pm and no food in sight, I decided to call and reach out to the store for an eta. I was put through an automated message and was placed on a permanent hold. After waiting on hold for 42 minutes I decided to drive over and see what the hold up was. When I arrived at the store it was closed up for the night. That was at 8:47 pm, there website states they are opened till 10:00pm. I did not receive any type of message through the app or via phone call to say there was an issue with the order. I did however receive an email asking me how my order was. To say I am upset is an understatement. I had a house full of guest waiting for food and to come back empty handed. I am a valued customer and to be treated in this matter is unacceptable. My order amount was close to $90.00 including tip. I will be calling the store manager tomorrow to voice my complaints and request a full refund. I fully understand that places are short staffed and are having to close up early. But to acknowledged an order made in the early afternoon for the evening to not fulfill the order is completely unacceptable. I will not be taking my future business to any Pizza Hut location after this poor experience.See attached photos of my hold time, the closed up store at 8:47 pm and the current status of my order on the app (shows it’s still being made).
We placed our Order online for 2 pizzas we received our delivery and 1 of the boxes was completely empty! not sure how that even happens. Called the location only to have them keep hanging up on us. So we had to drive down to their Location.They did offer to refund our money. We just wanted our pizza but After watching one of the employees constantly hang up the phone on other customers. Another employee walking around eating pizza in the food prep area. and how dirty the facility was we asked for a refund we will never order from that location again.
Be there! My order was confirmed, and my credit card charged. When I arrived on time, the doors were locked and the lights off. When I called the number on the confirmation I was informed that they were closed for maintenance! No pizza, money charged, then call transfered to corporate where no one answered. HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN !
Ordered a pizza at 8:30 last night from the South Jordan UT store. It was put in the oven at 9:45 and was still apparently in the oven at midnight when the order disappeared from my app. They had no problem with charging me $70 for it though.
My delivery took over 2 1/2 hours and was cold and inedible when it arrived. According to the tracker my pizza was made well over an hour before it left the store and arrived without a being in a warmer, just handed to me at the door stone cold. Terrible experience but the dog still liked it.
