Clean, fast and generous. We ate at Panda tonight and had a great experience. This location is very clean and the staff was attentive and communicated very well. We'll definitley be back. The family meal is a great option if you have kids. Give it a try.
This is by far the worst food I’ve ever eaten. First off I ordered a bigger plate with honey sesame chicken, Beijing beef, and orange chicken. I got home and noticed no third entree. All that was in there was honey sesame chicken and what I think to be Beijing beef but I’m not sure because it had the consistency of spam but no flavor. I’ve gotten food poisoning from Buffalo Wild Wings but at least I enjoyed the food.
Was told that I would have a wait for food, that’s totally fine. Get to the window for them to say they “found some”. The bowl was half full and when I asked they said that’s normal. Even when I told them I order this often and it’s never looked like this. The person was rude about it. I also didn’t receive napkins or soy sauce that I asked for. This is not the first time. I’m just done
Staff was friendly and polite. Service was quick here and the portions were huge. Only complaint was the fried rice was a little over cooked and mushy. But still 4 stars. Keep it up Panda Express.
Wow! I ordered a simple chow mein bowl with orange chicken. They quoted me the price of $9.34. When I looked at the screen it showed items I didn't order. I told them so. The screen showed new changes, not part of my original order, and a higher price of $10.34. Again, I told them the issue and they assured me they would have the correct order and price at the window. Guess what!?! The young man tried to charge me the $10.34 and give me a different order. He changed my order again and charged me $7.34. The bowl was correct but my receipt showed different items ordered."Try to be more precise with what keys you are hitting when entering an order," I told him."The kitchen is slow," was his response.
I love Panda. Unfortunately this location has taken a serious dump over the last year. Chow mein is my favorite and for the last 6 months it's been horrible. Tonight was the final straw. I ordered streamed veggies as my side ( because the chow mein is horrible). I was told a 3-4 min wait. 20 minutes later as I'm unloading my baby to go in and see where the hell my food is, they finally bring it out. My veggies weren't steamed. Almost like raw but warmed up. Way too crunchy to be steamed. My mushroom chicken was ice cold. Probably because it was sitting there for 20 minutes waiting to be brought out to me. So I skipped to the honey walnut shrimp. The first couple were good. Then I put one in my mouth that had the strongest taste of mold I've ever tasted in my life . Spit it right out. That's it, I was done. Spoiled my appetite and didn't dare take another bite. Beyond disappointed.
Ordered a bowl with white rice and broccoli and beef. They filled the whole thing with rice and gave me 4 tiny pieces of beef. My husbands food tasted like garbage. Wont be back. seriously sad quality and service.
Isn't Pandas policy to make any food fresh if you request it? There were two different dished I wanted and both were completely gone. I asked if they'd make either of the dishes for me, I was told they were completely out for the day. How are you out of the dish for the day, it's not even 6pm. Obviously you haven't made the dish all day because the dish is completely clean. Make the food the company advertises. Don't lie and say you're out for the day. Are you really missing multiple dishes for all of the dinner period?
Clearly this place does not care about the customers. The food was terrible and the drinks where not right! They forgot to give me my debit card twice. And the cashier was rude and trying to speed up my order. I thought I would give them a chance once again but they just can’t get it right! This is the last time I will come to this location.
2 bathrooms that hold 1 person each. Auto sink and hand towels. They have toilet seat covers and even a toilet scrub brush in the corner of you want to do some cleaning while you're there.
