I would have given a five star, but I'm sure it won't hurt them as they are always packed. There's were just a couple of things that were not as good as usual. The salad, my pasta and the black tie mousse cake were delicious as always, but the calamari came out smelling fishy and was not very good. Our waitress took it off the bill which was very kind of her, but I was disappointed in the change as it is usually delicious! We came to Olive garden because we had a gift card, but they have you use the kiosks at the table and it didn't work. They were so busy that I just let it go, but having to use those at the table they are not use friendly.
Great staff, very nice, helpful, and getting our food to us took not much time. Our waiter even boxed our leftovers for us, which made my day better. Along with that they have amazing food. Honestly a perfect place to go for special occasions. Only downside is that wait time can be long, and it’s pricey, but it is worth it. 10/10, would love to go again.
We keep coming back to this restaurant time and time again. We have had a great experience each time but this time Teresa took it to a whole new level. She was so attentive to detail, helpful suggestions, added some extra noodles and veggies because I was wondering about the portion size, and then to top it all off, brought out these Italian donuts for my wife and I with extra syrup and a very well done ‘Happy Birthday’ on the plate. To leave, she brought us drinks to go :)Very very satisfied with the food, the atmosphere, and our waitress.Thanks!!

It's olive garden, a classic staple for American Italian. While their food isn't overly impressive, it's good and moderately priced.I haven't been in years as our options are limited since we are grain and dairy free. It seems like they've changed the salad dressing for the better. Still could use a few more toppings on a bowl of iceberg lettuce. Parking and seating was easy.Our waiter was responsive, friendly and on top of our needs. I was a little disappointed to note that the make your own didn't include the meatballs (I missed the fine print). I'm not quite sure that a bowl of meat sauce and 3 meatballs was worth $18.xx, but like most of their plates it was good and left me with enough for lunch tomorrow, so maybe.Our dessert was still frozen in the middle, but was tasty. Our family of 4 with drinks, plates and a dessert to split with 20% tip was $118.
Update: Olive Garden reached out to me about this situation and their customer support was very kind and helpful. They responded quickly and appropriately and helped me have a more pleasant experience for future visits.Original post: Not a great experience with this location. Our waitress didn't stop by nearly enough so we ran out of water and bread sticks and weren't able to ask for more because she wasn't around. She also didn't write my meal down so it never got made and I ended up having to get it to go because it took her so long to even stop by again and by the time she did stop by we had to leave. We had also asked for dessert and she'd clearly forgot about it as well, but we had already been there for a while and we didn't want to wait even longer for them to make that. Very disappointed.
Our server Teresa was AMAZING. She deserves a raise FOR SURE. Our drinks were never empty, she was very attentative, and made us feel welcome. Like seriously, give her a raise. Haven't had that great of service in a long time, especially at Olive Garden. If you go here, ask for Teresa, you won't be disappointed ?
Server Chris is amazing! Haven't been in awhile but can tell they've upped their quality. Still think the chicken is too fatty for my liking, but that's just me.
The food is delicious.Their service is amazing and are super friendly and constantly make sure that you have everything you need. They accidentally got our order wrong but they made it right. One of my favorite restaurants of all time!
Their menu was much better years ago. However, I do love their bread sticks and alfredo dipping sauce. Not the place to order a long island but the peach bellini was delicious and the wine was nice! I think I love Olive Garden for sentimental reasons...
