I really wanted to give this location another chance, and then another, but they have never gotten my order right, not when I order curbside, pickup, or in person. They have forgotten my protein options, veggies, and even entire sides. It's always a fight to get things corrected. I've been visiting noodles for over a decade and never have I had experiences like the ones I keep having here.
This place is full of teenagers. Not one adult in sight. The place is extremely dirty. The staff was extremely slow. It took more than 30 minutes to get my food. They were moving slower than needed. The cooks did not have hair nets on and they all had long hair. They kept touching their faces and then the food with out washing their hands. They just stood there and looked at us instead of doing their job. Worst service
Pretty disappointed today. Walked in and waited at the registers to order with no line for a few minutes with employees glancing up at us and saying nothing to acknowledge us. Ordered a Wisconsin Mac bowl and a Buffalo Mac bowl. Told the cashier we wanted both as meals and she didn’t acknowledge that whatsoever. She hardly spoke the whole time we ordered. When our food came out no drinks or anything and the food was barely lukewarm. Cheese wasn’t melted. For 12 on a Saturday with several employees working and no line, pretty pathetic. The employees need some pep for sure, they all looked like their dog just died. Guess we should’ve spent our money elsewhere today
Slow, slow, slow. 30 minute wait. Two people asked for their money back while I was there because of the long wait.The wait wasn't the worst part though. The guy bagging the food and taking orders can't handle pressure and was rude to myself and others when we asked about the status of our orders.
Slow service, takes forever to get food. On Friday a guy with a black hat, red shirt, glasses (no name tag, thats professional) was on his phone while bagging food for at least 20 minutes. Always very rude while bringing out curbside food, saying the car I put in your app is the wrong color, when your app only has very basic car colors. And he says it literally every single time I come and get curbside. There seems to be no manager on shift any time I'm there. So everything is unorganized and slow. Half the time when they're bagging they just stand there all confused. For some reason they tell people they can only order online when we came in we were able to order at the desk. The kitchen made food that the baggers didn't need several times. Probably because the baggers don't clear the orders. Absolutely terrible service, and always slow.
Great portions from this pasta place. The sauces were a little bit off, perhaps mixed wrong but it didn’t discount my previous experiences at similar locations of this franchise. Great pasta at an affordable pricing.
I walked in at 8:15pm and they told me I had to order online. The cash registers looked like they were online. The place was basically empty and there were at least 6-7 employees. I didn't understand why I had to stand inside the building and order on my phone. It wasn't convenient or service oriented. Nevertheless the person who handed me my bag of food was very nice and tried to be helpful. The food was okay but not amazing.
Busy location at dinner time, so using the app is a smart option. Due to the business, even when the app says your food is ready, often times it isnt. Had to wait almost 20 minutes longer than when the app said it was ready last time.
We use to really enjoy eating here and had not come for a long time until today. We ordered butter noodles and Wisconsin Mac n Cheese and the noodle were hard. They tasted ok but the noodles were very chewy. I feel for the price they charge they need to do better when cooking the pasta.
My husband and I ate there for the first time today. It was delicious! Garlic Bread was so tasty. The service was excellent. The only downfall was that the Coke dispenser was out of Coke Zero and some of the flavorings. I would recommend this place.
