I ordered a happy meal with apple slices, a cheese burger and a small coke, a McDouble, a large frosted coke and a large fry (not all of it was for me). My happy meal didn’t have the drink or my burger. And my brother who ordered right before me didn’t have his large fries. In all it was a very disappointing experience.
The worst mc d meal I have ever had in my life! The fries were soggy the chicken nuggets were hard to chew (like its been out for the whole day) and my big mac was a joke… the bun…. Half of the inside of the top bun is like scrapped off or something… it was like paper thin… how can a bun be that thin?! Let me just say drive thru customer service was really bad too… the workers did not seem friendly at all its like all of the workers are miserable just like the food was… (let me just add i ended up throwing everything away)
Showed up on a Sunday night at 10:41 PM, says that they close at 11 PM so we were fine. We saw other cars in line making their order, the car in front of me was able to place their order. Then the kid says “sorry we are closed for maintenance” and I said but you literally just took the orders in front of me and you don’t close for another 20 min. “Sorry I was just told we are closing for maintenance”Joke of a corporation. Management here suuuucks
Wrong order . Door dash was great. Called to let you guys no and person I spoke to was not even caring or listening. Shameful.
Pulled up to the window to pay for my food and watched a lady that was a manager rudely tell the cashier..EXCUSE ME as she pushed him out of the way while she got into the register. He told her they were busy and people were waiting for their payment to be taken. She said, “ I don’t care, that’s what happens when people forget their wallet and try to get food!” Then she proceeded to mock other employees while still at the register completely ignoring the fact it was very busy and I sat there for 5 minutes waiting for them to take my card. No apology for the wait, not apology for her behavior. It was rude and uncalled for to treat her employees that way. I expressed a concern for how rude she was to him and they had me pull to their number two pick up window where I waited another 10 minutes for my food while everyone else got there’s and left, I ordered 2 sandwiches, nothing that they usually don’t already have prepared or can put together quick like most McDonald’s. It was very unprofessional and we won’t be returning. Not because of the wait but because of the way the “manager” treated her employees.
Usually it's pretty good. With the staffing shortage though, they are struggling to keep up with the demand. Usually get my order wrong every time. They don't know how to time each lane. They're supposed to have the lobby open but apparently they don't know about that here.
Cashier took over a minute before they even took my order through the drive-thru. They also were rude when I ask questions about an item. Then when paying at the window the teenager who took the order and took my card was very rude bad attitude and basically shoved my card back into my car. The service has gone downhill since all they have been hiring our teenagers who don't know how to work or have a professional attitude. Never coming to this location again
Did the mobile app to avoid the line. Still waiting, it's been 30 minutes. I hope my kid still likes the happy meal when they bring it out and he is now an adult.The staff puts on a great show in the lobby while you wait.Saw an employee with ice cream. That means the machine broke, fixed, and served faster than my happy meal.
I would give 0 stars if that was possible. They haven’t gotten our order right once. And we order right off the menu. Forgotten items, items that are just completely wrong, etc. I don’t care what your job is, but you should do it correctly. Just because it’s “fast food” doesn’t mean you can just not try. People are paying you money. It doesn’t hurt anyone to double check the order.
I ordered a spicy mc chicken and took them forever to get it ready and I was given this if I could I would give you a 0 star
