Wish I took a picture of the chicken sandwich they gave me at the drive-thru window…the chicken was black and tough like they microwaved it to death or even re-microwaved it! When I took it in for an edible chicken sandwich which the lazy, needs training supervisor took from me…she just said “what’s wrong?” If you’re gonna sell stuff you better have some decent customer service and act like you messed up and not the customer who had to bring it back because she spent hard-earned money on it! When I got the replacement chicken sandwich it was like day and night…not the first time I’ve had this sandwich. I told her shame on you for serving bad food to your customers! I’m sure this is my worst McDonalds experience in Utah so far! Get your act together starting with your Mgmt down! ??
Th manager Maria is super sweet and helped fixed our order. 10/10 would recommend.

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and recieved a small regular hamburger pattie on a quarter pound bun called to let them know and nobody answered the phone.The cook new exactly what he did.
Normally they just ask what kind of sauce you want for you nuggets. Just so they know I guess because it seldom makes it in the bag. Today was a new low. I got the dipping sauce and no nuggets. Love finding out after you get home.
Been coming here for years. And the orders seem to be about 5/10 to be correct. This evening tried calling in to make complaint about wrong order an No answer, which was my final straw to make a review.
Rarely eat a burger from McDonald's. Went to this store hoping they would have fresh fries...closer MCDee's never does!!!*Big Mac. ....no sauce....??, on the cool side. YUM...YUCK..*Fries a few hot ones.. Hate dead fries!!:!;.,*:#=;;:%&__:#;;,_:%€€,:%,.*Dr Pepper was actually diet coke.Something was going on in there that night.. Very very very slow taking orders...not terribly busy...multiple guys at pay station... Laughing..maybe having fun. ..?? No one cares except ... It was my only normal meal that day and it SUCKED!!! and was like $9.00...
Told me to pull forward so I pulled around didn't give us our extra fries in our Happy meals didn't give me my receipt and was talking smack to me over me pulling where it says pick up, and what am I happy meals had four fries in it.
My husband and I frequent this location and even go out of our way to come here because it always tasted better than other locations. Recently they have gone downhill tonight I got there at 11:35. I wanted a shake but told the machine had already been cleaned. If you close at 12, then you should leave more time to order your menu or say shakes are only served until a certain time. We ordered 4 sandwiches and fries. We were parked which is fine. I didn't get my food till 11:50. The fries were rock hard and ice cold. Pretty sure they had been sitting out for at least 15 minutes. Not food safe. The chicken was hard and old, even the burger patties we were parked for were awful. The service we poor and I could see the manager counting money in sight of the window. I was not impressed. It seemed like they were more concerned with leaving early than helping people. Super disappointed. Probably wont use this location anymore
THE LONGEST DRIVE THRU I EVER BEEN IN. Then they tell me to pull around and wait for my two happy meals...ANOTHER LONG WAIT. And this is the normal for this location. I am not over exaggerating when I say EVERY SINGLE time I come here I get the same VEEEEEERRRRRRYYYY LONG wait time for my food. No matter what. Order ahead on the app? NO that's a joke.
