Placed a phone order that never got entered in.Showed up 20 minutes later to pick up my pizza and they had nothing on record. They said it would be about 10 minutes to get my order ready and out the door.I've now been sitting here for 25 minutes.During at 25 minutes to delivery time has changed multiple times and they've had to call people back and say they are no longer doing delivery this evening.I get that things are understaffed and hard right now, but they at least need a competent manager. Currently it appears that they don't have one.The service is usually decent although they're estimated delivery times usually not that close.
Great pizza. I love that I can choose a thicker crust. I usually get pepperoni, but I’ve also tried the deluxe and bbq and both were also great. Pizza is very filling and I love the cheezy bread.I once ordered around 10:30 PM on a Saturday and the order was delivered quickly, and all the pizza was well done. I appreciate the service so late, as a lot of places aren’t open at that time.
This Marcos Pizza does not care about its service or customers. We place a Togo order over the phone and went in 20 mins later to pick it up. And they said they did not have that order. Did care at all after I told them we called the same number to the location I was standing in. Again didn’t care asked to talk to manager no manger came. A different employee helped me and I had to reorder my pizzas again. And this time for the exact same thing we ordered on the phone was more money ! Worst customer service I have had in a long time. Won’t be back
The store in Daybreak has consistently let us down, in one way or another, on EVERY SINGLE ORDER ( the food is great) it is literally a running joke in our family, and has been for the last year, missing items, usually, wrong items, occasionally. Always accompanied by a bewildered look or utter confusion. Tonight was the last straw, ordered a small pizza and a salad, got the pizza but when I asked the driver where my salad was, he looked startled and said that they were OUT of salad ( could have mentioned that when my wife placed the order ) then when we asked for a refund we were told that they couldn’t refund our money. The major problem here is that the driver or manger failed to tell us that there was no salad( and DID NOT TELL US, HOPING WE WOULDN’T NOTICE THAT HALF OUR DINNER WAS MISSING) offering us a store credit is another slap in the face, who wants a credit to a restaurant that is incapable of getting it right!
The quality seems to be 50/50. Half of the time its great the other half its garbage. I ordered an extra large all meat and what I got delivered was a large cheese pizza with the majority of the pie with no cheese on it. I'm done with Marco's with their random quality and them sending whatever it is that they feel like at the time.
Used to be a great place for take out pizzaI have tried over and over to get pizza here. This was the last time I go there and leave empty handed. I won’t be back.If you want a killer place to get take out pizza go to the one in Riverton! Just sayin
Ordered two large pizzas and some cinna-bites for pick up. I got there 5 minutes before it was supposed to be ready and ended up waiting around 20 minutes. They were really busy so I understood. The pizzas and dessert were decent however, it was obvious they had been put together quickly as the one pizza I ordered no mushrooms on did, in fact, wear them.
I like their pizza, but they are ridiculously slow. We ordered pizzas tonight an hour before we were going to pick them up. We were told our pizza would be ready at 7:12. It’s now 7:42 and we still are waiting for the pizzas to get cooked. What a joke.
This location is 4.1 miles from my house, but I am out of their delivery range. I live in a pretty upscale neighborhood so am sure Marco's is intentionally missing out on huge market potential. Speaking to the store manager I was advised that an 11 minute drive would compromise their 30 minute delivery guarantee. . . And that they would tell the owner, but they probably wouldn't care. . . Really?? If it's one thing this country really gets right, it's convenient pizza delivery. I guess I am ordering inferior pizza from Papa Johns then. Byeeee!!!!
This Marco’s is pretty spot on much of the time. I have received a handful of under cooked cheese breads which is definitely annoying at the time but over the past year or so, I’ve received edible food at probably a 91% success rate. The other 9% being undercooked dough as the received item. The staff is friendly and kind every time so I cannot fault that aspect in the slightest! I sure wish they would leave the food in the oven for the entirety of the cook time from corporate!
