We get pizza here often. Young workers, but very polite and quick service. So far, we’ve never gotten an order wrong, unlike other locations. They tend to move traffic along and the parking is a bit on the large side, but again, they are quick to serve. I love how they always tell you times for certain items in the menu, and then what you can do or maybe wait for as you choose.
We ordered our pizza through the portal. It said our pizza was ready. We arrive to get our pizza and they had closed. Their reason was due to short staff. When we got there one person was leaving and one other person was still there. They said they could not make it because of being not having enough staff. Although we understand there is a staffing issue there was still a problem that they had our payment through the portal and we had ordered for an event. They suggested us to go elsewhere and they could take care of us there. Frustrated already since they didn’t refund our money we went to a riverton location and they said they are not able to do that type of transaction. Our event had already counted the pizza to be there and it has already been paid so we were adamant to get something. The riverton finally agreed they would make the pizza due to the lack of communication from this little Caesar location. Riverton location, I hope you guys get compensated for giving us the pizza that the south Jordan failed to do.For you readers don’t order from the portal.For managers or employees of this location Caesar, you will be losing business with a lot of customers if you keep this up. If you don’t communicate there will be No business for you guys, no paycheck for the employees and no money for your rent or whatever you rely on these days. I hope this review helps.
Usually use the app to order takeout at this location, but that's become a nightmare. Regularly don't receive the notification and email when it's ready, or have it come 30+ minutes past the projected time. Often it hasn't even been started though I ordered nearly two hours ago and the staff is at best unapologetic, but usually put off that I'm even addressing them. I wouldn't even care if it was the odd once or twice, but this has become the norm. Not worth the hassle to go there.
We ordered 2 pepperoni pizza's and 1 cheese pizzas and 3 crazy bread combos they said to pull around it would be 3 minutes, 20 minutes later they brought out my pizza and no crazy bread. Wait another 5 minutes for the bread and there was no sauce. I went back in asked about the sauce since they were combo's and they made me pay for the sauce.
This little Caesars is always friendly and my online orders are ready when I get there. I've ordered pretty much everything on the menu and so far it's been prepared perfectly!
I have had it with this location (The District in S. Jordan)! The staff is not helpful and sometimes flat out rude. They are regularly out of pizza and tonight they gave me a WELL DONE pizza that was inedible! This is the last time I will go to this location. I understand you get what you pay for but I did not pay for burnt pizza that you cannot bother to cut. This location needs a hard reset on management and staff.
Just came in for one slices and sticks and had to wait 30 for the guy to give me a cold pizza. Can say I won't come here again. Seems like the employees don't care at all about the customer. Tried to give me free stuff to make the fact that they forgot about me for 30 minutes standing in the waiting room better. Not cool..
Like many others have stated, today my pizza and Krazy bread were BEYOND disgusting! I've never had such a disappointing experience with a Little Caesars before this, and from this one alone I surely won't be returning to this location! Not only was my pizza room temperature, hard, and burnt, my Krazy bread extremely greasy, doughy and FLAT, but the young man at the window seemed like he'd rather be anywhere else but there as well. He seemed bothered by my asking him a question and I felt rushed the entire time. I tried calling to speak with the manager and surprise surprise...no answer! SMH. Super upsetting!!! I absolutely would NOT recommend anyone to this location. Worth it to go out of your way to a different one!
I usually have good pizza from here but they dropped a bomb today. The 2 pepperoni I got at 4pm looked and tasted like they were made 3 hours prior to when I received them (hard/dry)Very disappointing to drive 15 minutes home and see that disgrace in a box. Maybe implement a check before selling rule??
Kaden had veryyy good customer service at the district location. Very nice guy, got our pizza really quick, and had a really cool beanie on:)
