We were seated quickly. And our order was taken soon after. At first I was pleased the food was hot, but it didn't last but a few bites, it had been served on a cold plate and I dislike eating cold food. My husband didn't care for the Chili Verde. This is the second time we've eaten there and we're disappointed in the food and flavor; so not sure we will go back,

I don't recommend take out from this place they just throw it in a container with runny refried beans less the fact they also don't know how to roll a burrito. I have only eaten there 3 times once inside and twice pick up I live literally next to this establishment and I will now only continue to go to Gualberto's or Los Cucos in Sandy.

I am not sure what has happened to La Hacienda in the last few months but the customer service in the evening is absolutely horrible. The one girl at the front desk barely acknowledged us and when asked how many she pointed to another girl who was already headed to the table with no words. I’m a big fan of customer service and to me this is laziness when u can’t even greet your customers and have a small conversation. However, our waitress was very nice and did a great job. Food… The seafood mix I had tasted like raw seafood and the smell was horrible. I took one bite and sent back. The steak in my tacos tasted like rubber. I’m not normally a picky person but this was not my best experience at La Hacienda and normally I love this place.

Have never been treated this poorly at a restaurant! Will never return and will tell all my people to not go here. I’m sure the owner doesn’t care because ALL of the negative reviews about this place are about the poor quality of service

Hands down THE WORST customer service I have EVER experienced! I will never return to this location their hostesses and manager on duty at 4:20pm on 4/9/22 are the rudest most unprofessional immature girls I have ever encountered at a restaurant! I wish I would have gotten their names because I will be speaking with the owner!

Quick service. Free chips and salasa with lunch or dinner entry. Limited alcohol choices. Margarita s are okay.

Really decent Mexican food for Utah. Visiting from Texas and was pleasantly surprised. Had the smothered burrito. Very tasty. Beans were good. Hot sauce, meh. Not spicy, a little Pace picante-y. Everyone's dish looked good. Sister had quesadilla de masa and she said it was so good. Other sister had Enchiladas Rancheros. They weren't real saucy. More like a flauta but not fried. Overall, good. I would come back.

We had a great lunch the other day. 1) the team member who took care of us was excellent, and we were grateful for how nicely and efficiently he took care of our table. 2) the food was really good. I had the Carne asada burrito and it was really good. I'd absolutely go again. 3) the entire place was clean and we had seating that gave us some space from other customers. 4) we had almost no wait from start to finish. We were sat down quickly and the food came out so fast I'd swear they'd prepped it as we perused the menu.Overall, I'm looking forward to my next visit. Thanks again to the whole team for a great visit.

I love La Hacienda for their food, big portions, low cost, and fun environment. I went with a group of 8 for dinner, the staff treated us well, got all of our orders correct, and brought us our food quickly. It was great and I'm planning on returning quickly.

My husband and I went here for the first time and will NEVER go again. For on, we both have food poisoning. Two, the food was not worth the almost hour long wait or price. It was very basic and cold when it came out. And three, the waiter took almost 15 min to even come take our order (he only had 2 more tables of 4 that were already done), he was rude, and hardly checked on us. Never will we ever go there again.
