This was our favorite!, and the food is still delicious, HOWEVER, the portions are so minuscule now. Mostly just sauce but with higher prices. I understand the higher prices, but not for less food. Will have to try a different place now.SORRY, your measurements may be the same but all we got was liquid with what would have amounted to LESS then half of a chicken breast each for the increased prices in each of the two dishes. I remember when there used to be at least a decent serving of meat in your dishes.
Great Indian food. I like the buffet and my wife orders the Chicken Tandoori as she's doing the weightless thing.
This is a great place for Indian buffet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only reason I didn't give it 4 starts is because I have only done the buffet, which is good but not as spiced up as I usually like. I understand why at a buffet. I will have to go back and order of the menu to determine if it is a 5 start or not.
Best Nepali & Indian Buffet I have ever tasted. It was so fresh & amazing! Yummo!
Karuwaa has become our go-to for Indian or Nepali food. The food, service, attentiveness and cleanliness of the restaurant is consistently excellent! Especially in a time when restaurateurs are using Covid-19 and supply chain issues as an excuse for bad service and experiences, Karuwaa continues to deliver a wonderful dining (or to-go) experience. Keep up the great work!
I have order from here two times in the last couple months and it’s honestly been the best Indian food I have ever had. The flavors are amazing and on point! I think the garlic naan and cheese garlic naan could use a little more garlic in it but I never think you can get too much. Super delicious!
Ordered soup and didn’t get it. Ordered curry and asked for no cilantro and got cilantro. Said we didn’t want it spicy and got it so spicy my mouth was numb. They didn’t want to replace or refund any of it. I was going to tip the young waitress/busser but they said they don’t get to keep tips unless it’s cash. They treat their employees like their customers, not good. I’d avoid this place.
I went here last night- service and food were very good at first. However- we got the tikka masala and something just did not taste right about it. Concerned over if something was actually wrong with it I let our waiter know that the dish tasted unpleasant- chicken was mostly dry. The waiter then accused us of wanting a free meal and said that we were wrong for saying that their food tasted bad- although we only were letting him know incase something was wrong with the batch in general. After a couple minutes the waiter came back and slammed the dish on our table and walked away... just due to the customer service I will not be coming back here and will not recommend to anyone else. Sad because I have heard good things about this place and food was good besides the tikka.
Absolutely the best Indian food in Utah!! So so delicious!!
Very extensive and authentic menu. My daughter's strawberry lassi was like drinking fresh berries. We shared a few things family style and everyone was impressed. The chicken skewers were perfect. Nepalese style fried rice was interesting and the sauce it came with was delish. Chicken Momos took 25 minutes to steam. They advised us upfront. Worth the wait and it's a big order of 10 dumplings. But the star of dinner was the chicken mango curry. Just say yes to the basmati rice AND the naan! We pretty much cleaned our plates. Big thumbs up from my 7 year old daughter too. We will be back.
