Sure miss the good old days of watching them give the extra shake in the little cups for you take. specially seeing as i can spend 20 dollars on 2 drinks and a tip is expected for scooping a few things out of the freezer . drink flavors are great but thats all this place has going for it now . its over priced like crazy . for me, purely gets me to return with nostalgia for Caribbean Passion when its was zuka juice.
Just left this location. In the past I've asked staff to put the excess amount into a little cup for me and they would. Sometimes they'd short the larger cup and put some into a baby cup for me for my 2 year old. This time I asked because there was excess in the blender and he said "sorry ma'am I can't do that I have to throw it away" and walked away from me. I guess throwing food into the trash is better than just giving the tiny bit enough to fill a 1 oz cup to the customer. The staff was quick to take and make my order though so ill give 3 stars.
They make a good smoothie. We go here regularly for a delicious, healthier treat.
I've tried to order multiple times from this location over the past month. First time I dropped in after grocery shopping, there was a sign that they were only taking cash. I don't carry cash, so ok. No jamba.Today, I tried to order delivery on their "No dirty dishes Friday" promo. I placed an order, things said they were great, but when the driver got there, they had cancelled the order without notifying either of us.They say they called the number on the order and it didn't work, but oddly enough, that's the number I called them from to inquire as to why my doordash driver couldn't find the order. It is ALSO the number my door dash driver called and texted (which came from the order...). I verified the info was correct in the Jamba app, so someone must have misdialed and didn't bother to try again?In any case, there are apparently smoothies available in the app that they don't actually carry and they'll cancel your order if you're unlucky enough to pick one of them (so I hope you have their current menu memorized!)
They removed many things that I enjoyed off the menu due to lack of ingredients
I ordered Jamba Juice from door dash. There were not options available to switch out the serbert for Greek yogurt. I called the store to adjust the order and no one answered. After trying to get a hold of them for 30 min (just kept ringing), a male (with accent) finally answered. I told him I wanted to adjust the order. He said no because the order was already made. I am allergic to serbert. I tried to explain that I had been trying to get a hold of the store for 30 min. He said “I know I’ve been busy”. He knew I was calling and decided not to answer. I understand what it’s like to be busy. I am a nurse who works in a hospital, frontline of the pandemic. Yet, I still tend to all of my patients. Without even getting a chance to explain my allergy (or to add an energy shot), he said “it will be runny” then he hung up on me. Considering I am a single mother undergoing a custody battle of domestic violence, this was my one reward to myself after a long hard week. So the fact that I paid money to Jamba Juice and door dash really upsets me. I love Jamba Juice but this was an awful experience. Now I can’t even drink my drink. :(
I usually really like this location but I was super disappointed today. I couldn’t even drink it because it was so chunky. Looks like they didn’t even blend it honestly. not too happy to waste $7 on something I have to take home and blend myself or throw away completely.
If you love pumpkin flavor, this is your place to have a delicious smoothie.

We got a coupon in the mail, and there was a typo with the year. Every other coupon in the magazine expired in 2021, but this one stated 10/31/20. When I came in I stated I had a coupon for buy one get one free. Without even checking my coupon, the man at the counter said “that expired last year”.They didn’t honor it, didn’t offer to honor it, didn’t say anything. He didn’t even ask what I wanted to order, just looked at me. It was such a bad experience. Everyone there was emotionless there were 6 people in there, and only two were actively working.This clearly happened to others, who might’ve only gone because they got the coupon in the mail. There was no research done by the employee, or the management to rectify this the entire time the coupon was supposed to run.The coupon was brand new. I went to this location as my normal one is closed due to low staff, and I know I’ll never go to this location again.
