I work in the service industry so I understand bad days or being busy. But when I came into this location it was very slow and they were all just standing around joking with what seemed as an off the clock employee, the guy who was at the register (josh or Johnny or something) stared at me the entire time until i walked up wanting to order and he wouldn’t make eye contact with me, I tried asking a question and he didn’t respond, when I ordered he sighed and responded with attitude like he was annoyed with me or I was bothering him in some way. I then continued to wait 25 minutes for a 4 inch simple sandwich, while people who were coming in after me were receiving their orders. When my name was called by the guy I walked up and politely said thank you and he didnt bother looking up, acknowledging I had said anything, and just stood their silently looking at the ground. After waiting a second for a response I started to leave and with attitude and annoyance in his voice he said “ enjoyyyy” and walked back to the rest of the employees joking off with the off the clock employee. Very rude and worst service I’ve ever experienced.
went in for a free sandwich because my name starts with DA, and they charged me for the whole thing AND made me buy a bag of chips. In the end I spent money on gas to go back to the store and ask for a refund, and in the end they refunded me only for the sandwich rather then the whole order. really unimpressed with this store. if an employee makes a mistake the order should be free (as it was originally advertised on instagram). still gotta pay for chips people. not worth the hassle. wouldn’t reccomend.
Firehouse Subs is my favorite sandwich place in the valley. Got a meatball sub for the first time, and it was perfect. Bread, cheese, meat, sauce, all delicious.
Always friendly staff and good sandwiches. No complaints.
I always come in here and I always get Friendly Service and food is great. Keep up the good work
These guys are super busy every time I go in, but have never had an issue. They try to get sandwiches out as fast as they can but, they process a lot of online orders. Great sandwiches and very friendly staff.
I'm giving 3 starts not because the service was bad. The service was good. The food just wasn't that great. For more than $10, I can get a good sub anywhere. This place was just alright. I liked it just as much as Subway but it's double the price. Go to Jimmy John's if you want a nicer more expensive sandwich. I've never been to any other firehouse subs so I can't compare this place to any other. Overall, the sandwich was fine. I don't regret trying it, but I'll be trying other sandwich places
This Firehouse location is great. Easy to get into and they have always made our food very good.
So I walk in this place on a Sunday around 1 and it is PACKED, line backed up to the door, every table full, and people standing around waiting for their orders. (lol COVID who?) I hear the cashier explain the to lady in front of me that it would be about a long wait (I thought to my self obviously as I looked around) and this nice lady in line had the audacity to order 8 subs, at this point I was going to just walk out. I figured the wait time would be so outrageous 45min or longer, after all they had 3 teenagers working with 1 adult. But my buddy’s always hype firehouse up so I decided to stick around, I had nothing better to do. I walked out side to chill with my dog and as I watched threw the window I saw these absolutely sandwich making MONSTERS slap out an easy 30-40 subs in 20 min! On top of having to remake a salad for some lady that put her own hair in it SMH! I was astonished when I walked out with my sub. Everyone that was working on June 13 2021 deserves a fat raise if you ask me. Oh and the sub was pretty good, but that pickle slapped!
The sandwich was the only thing that was correct, nothing else on the order was right. Will NOT be visiting them again!!!
