Quick and speedy! My usual store wasn't taking orders at the moment (their app was down) and these guys were great! Made sure I had all my sauces and food for the final game of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
The pizza here is absolutely amazing every single time. Also a huge shout out to Jeremy for providing the absolute best customer service one can ask for. Setting a whole new standard for Domino’s Pizza! Will come back here over and over again until my blood vessels clog and I have a stroke.
Called on a Friday 05-27-22When I called the guy answered saying they closed early.I asked "Why did you guys close early but still answering the phone:He replied with "we'll I'm still cleaning and working late"I replied with "We'll why did you guys close early if your hours state you close late:He replied with "well I could have left the phone ringing for hours if you preferred"NOTE TO SELF. This Dominos closes whenever they feel like it.I have called on Saturdays, or Sundays and it just seems the owner and the employers do not put the appropriate hours or times on their websites.
Last week I orded a pizza. It had barely any chicken or bacon on it. Like one peice of chicken per slice. I wasn't super upset though so I didn't complain. I just figured it was normal. This week I paid for extra bacon and extra chicken. There was literally 5 strips of chicken on my pizza, not even one per slice. It also had less bacon than the pizza my wife order with a regular serving of bacon. I've never had this issue at other locations and won't be ordering from this location again.
Restaurant was clean, and person at front was very nice and understanding; pizza was also very delicious (though the thin crust pizza was definitely not quite as good as the regular crust one)
first things first this dominoes is a great place, everyone is nice and helpful and quick,what a lot of people don’t understand is that if they order during rush it’s going to take a long time, people love pizza, and a lot of people are going to order, if you have to wait and get mad for waiting then go somewhere else, they are busy from 5-7:30so don’t order from there at that time if your gonna be a child and get mad for waiting or just wait and get your pizza, a lot of the works are making pizzas non stop for 3-4 hours at a time and it’s really hard to be really fast when your understaffed, they also are very apologetic, if you are angry just be nice and let them know how you feel, 99% of the time they will be happy to make it better.most of the negative comments are people not realizing.they do deliver- carry-out, dine in, car side,they don’t give coupons unless you ask too!Thanks for the great pizza dominoes!!!!
I love their deals and the pizza is always on point. Not to mention I love their crust! If they ever make a mistake they're more than happy to fix it without a hassle and the staff is always friendly.
Ordered at 8:30 and was supposed to receive it at 9 pm , my tracker never updated and said prep for an entire hour. An hour and a half passed and I called and no one ever answered the phone. I ended up having to go pick it up myself and when I got there the pizza was warm so it seems like they had just barely made it. The boy at the front said he was just barely going to go deliver it, how convenient. I didn’t even get anything from them for waiting so long and getting it myself after paying the delivery fee.
This is my favorite location. Not because it’s the closest to my house but because their customer service is excellent. The food quality meets my expectations every time. The employees are friendly and the manager is very nice. There are other locations closer to my house but I rather drive here for their amazing service.
Workers were slow and unprofessional. Explicit music played over the speakers as we waited forty minutes for two pizzas that they told us would take twenty minutes to cook. Workers were crass as they spoke to each other in front of the customers. Had to refund our pizzas, (changed sizes right after we ordered) so now I’m waiting to see if I’ll get my $40 back or if I just spent $80 for two medium pizzas. Tables were dirty too.
