This is ridiculous. I ordered two pan pizzas last Friday. One was perfect with garlic sauce. The other smelled rancid. Unsure if it was the olives or tomato sauce that was bad. We still have it in our fridge as proof, no joke. I filed a complaint online and called the store 3 times. Nothing. No answer, no response. My husband tried too.
Ordered two identical pizzas at the same time, at the same Domino'sReceived one pizza that looked very appetizing with cheese on it and was good. The other one however, had very little to no cheese on it; it looked and tasted like two day old pizza with no cheese, it was not good :(Looking at the pizzas side by side, you would not guess they came from the same place. They tasted completely different, one good, one bad. They completely failed on the bad one.
Ordered a pizza with the estimated delivery time of 37-47 minutes. Not too bad, understandable for a Sunday night. I saw on the tracker the pizza was finished in 13 minutes, all good. I then waited over an hour for the pizza to be delivered a mile away. Total time from order to delivery was over an hour and 15 minutes. A little outside of the delivery window, and the pizza and wings were cold and the soda was warm. Avoid this place at all costs.
I walked in and ordered so I was expecting a pain-staking since I didn’t order ahead or order online. But, I got in and Erica was immediately ready to help me, got my order taken care of and had it ready to cook in 10 minutes. She was so helpful and kind and the pizza was great!
Placed my order and then 20 minutes later they cancelled my delivery order without notifying me. I tried calling the store to see if I could come pick up my order, sat on hold for 10 minutes only to be hung up on immediately without anyone even saying hello, called back a 2nd time and after 5 minutes was hung up on again.I called a 3rd time and after 20 minutes of being on hold someone finally answered and told me that their phones have been having issues for the past month where the phones will ring once and then stop ringing but continue to blink (indicating that someone is trying to get a hold of them).
Last time I ordered, I requested sauces and did not receive them. I let that one pass, but this time, I ordered 2 14” pizzas and only received 1 14” pizza. You guys need to go to training again. I’m paying for products and don’t get the service. You guys are just taking my money.I called their store and they hung up as soon as they answered.
id give zero stars if i could. this dominos is HORRIBLE. they are so unprofessional. one time i ordered a pizza from them and they never delivered it, i called about 20 times and no one answered, i even drove over to the store because i was so mad and they were CLOSED with all the lights off and no one there like two hours before they were supposed to actually be closed! i never got a refund! and then today i ordered a pizza at 6pm, it took over an hour to even be in the “prep” stage and when it got here it was cold. i couldve ordered something else in that time! save your money and your time and just go somewhere else instead. im extremely disappointed and upset.
Order on there website not delivered & called them a bunch of times no one is answering But recorded messages saids they are hiring hopefully a new store manager
First time ordering delivery from this domino’s location and it was the worst experience. My apartment had a false fire alarm go off after we ordered the pizza so we were waiting outside, We kept a look out for a dominos car because the app said the driver was in our neighborhood but we never saw the dominos car. I called them after a few minutes to see where the driver was because it was saying our order was “complete”. Lady who answered was very nice and helped me and said the driver called me but we didn’t answer so we figured out that I put the wrong phone number and that they were calling me okay It was fault and understood that and I was going to give them an extra tip just for coming back again. The driver then called and said she was here so I went out and didn’t see her. I thought she had already been here but didn’t even know where she was ? I tried explaining what apartment I was in and then she got frustrated and hung up so I never got my pizza, wings, cinnamon twist or drink and they didn’t even try fixing it. I just don’t understand how every other delivery person found my apartment and even got all the way to my door step but they couldn’t. I also tried calling but they don’t answer.
Ordered a pizza and garlic knots. It was cooked in a matter of minutes. However, it took them almost an hour to deliver it after it was baked. Cold pizza, cold knots, very disappointing.Give your customers the CORRECT estimated delivery time. I get that it would be busy around noon, but I would have just picked it up instead feeding my team cold pizza.
