great service, good food!
We ordered very simple meals (two kids one adult) over an hour ago. Still waiting. No update from servers, no explanation, I would walk out if I was not obligated to pay for the orange juices.It is not even that busy in here.

When seated we weren’t greeted and then all we got were menus. No utensils and then weren’t asked to start with drinks. We ordered coffee and we’re never given it after waiting an hour. Finally came and asked what food we would like, we ordered seeing as they were understaffed. Yet another 30 minutes pass and still no coffee or food. Finally our food came half incorrect. (Still no coffee) This is one of the worse experiences I’ve had with a sit down restaurant. I recommend just working on communication and time management.
I had a very poor experience here today. The quality on some of the food was poor. I ordered a byo appetizer and the onion rings were overcooked, the mozzarella sticks were undercooked, and whatever dipping sauce that came with the order tasted like their spaghetti sauce (which isn't a great sauce as it is). Fortunately, I dined in during their Happy Hour time so I only paid half price, but still it'd be nice to have decent food. At least the service was great.
We waited forever to have drink order then food order taken and then for food. We literally sat down and it was over 70 minutes before food was brought to table. Then they forgot part of the order and it was not brought to table until we had the rest of food we didn't eat in to go containers. They had staff making food and eating and drinking things at dining counter and drinking smoothies. Some food was hot some was room temp when brought to table. Very disappointed. We like Dennys but several different location have had wait staff or food issues. Sadly will be awhile before we go to one again.
On this trip, I ordered at the counter, Chelsea helped me and she was such a delight! Ordering felt easy, she had all the answers to my questions and overall provided a fun, happy experience!
Clean, fast, friendly service looks like a new place haven’t been in here for a long time but I’ll be coming back for sure!!!! Server was Michelle

We will not be going back to this location ever. We stood at the door for quite a while before we were even acknowledged. We had a new server that took our order of drinks and food at the same time since we knew what we wanted, but we were waiting for so long for our drinks that we asked the only other waitress if she could get them for us as well as my husband salad. We only saw our server twice the whole time we were seated. That was to take our order and bring us our food. My hashbrowns were nasty with a chunk of some sort of meat and other random things in them. My husband burger wasn't very appetizing either. Our sons meal was the only one that got finished. We never got our check and had to wait at the front a decent amount of time before our server finally realized we were up there waiting. A sign on the front window says kids eat free every night 4-10, but we were charged for it. He asked how our meal was and I told him we weren't very happy so he gave us a discount. We tried to give him a few tips for future guests, so hopefully other customers won't have as bad of an experience, but the food was bad as well.
