Food is great but the service is hit and miss. Sometimes ill be in and out in less than 5 minutes, sometimes ill sit there for 5 minutes before they even ask for my card. One time i watched them stand there and talk while i watched my completed order sit there on the counter getting ignored. When its good, its great! But when its bad, its...pretty bad.

Absolutely terrible experience here today. Have been here multiple times and it's usually a solid 3-4 experience, but today we waited in the drive thru for almost an hour ( we would have left but once you're in there you're stuck). After we finally got our food, every single item was wrong. Since doors were now locked and we weren't willing to wait another hour at the drive thru we just left. I'm not sure what was going on today, but this was a wreck

Just got home from the Del Taco in Daybreak during the snow storm and was met with a very unprofessional employee. Ordered 2 bean and cheese burritos, a soft chicken taco, and 2 chili cheese fries one without chili and with guac. The employee replied rude and said it does not come with guac. I said again can I get guac with it, the employee snapped back and said it would be extra and I expected it would be extra. Got to the drive-thru, paid and left. Got home and sure enough, my 2 bean and cheese burritos were missing. The employee was in such a hurry to get stuff out that the employee should check the accuracy of orders being given out.

If I could give zero stars I would. The two girls working the drive through treated us with THE MOST DISRESPECT I’ve experienced in a drive through. They were pushy and rude and had zero patience because they were, as they said, “on a timer”. Couldn’t even put my payment method away without them holding the bag of food out the window saying over and over again,”Here’s your food. Here’s your food. Here’s your food.” I’m not kidding. Incredibly immature. Never had a problem at this location until today. Sorry, it’s not the customer’s fault you hate your job. Just get a new one. Never returning to this location again and telling all my family and friends about this experience.

They did an amazing job. They got our entire order correct which is rare for any fast food as we order for 8 people! Very impressed.

This Del taco location is superior! They always always have hot fries, super quick & efficient service and get my order right every. Single. Time

I have been going to this store for over a year now. I've always had the best customer service possible. Always prompt. Always accurate. And most important Always friendly staff. Especially late evening, early morning hours

Extremely rude staff, said we ordered something when those words never left our mouths. When we called them out for it we got eye rolls and disrespect. Not once did they ask what specific meat we wanted and just assumed since we said we wanted chicken soft shell that we also wanted their expensive chicken hard shell. They gave us attitude and accused us. When we asked for a refund, they dropped our change with out any apologies. I don’t know why I even bother with this place anymore. They always screw something up.

The restrooms were dirty. Neither the men's or women's had towels or a dryer to dry your hands. The counters were dirty and so were the tables. There was 5 or 6 employees and they weren't busy. The food was okay. The tamales were dry.

Horrible! We ordered via their app to pick up at a certain time as I had to stop and pickup mail and stuff prior. Their garbage app checked me in as being at their location and they made the food without me being there and I hadn't even touched their app! When I was actually ready to get my food at the time I originally ordered it for, my food had already been sitting there for 1/2 hour and was barely lukewarm! The smothered fries I ordered were ruined. They did remake those and ONLY those! They were so super rude and refused to re-make the entire meal so the tacos were barely warm and almost inedible having sat there for so long! I explained their app screwed up and I hadn't touched it! They didn't care at all and kept treating me like garbage and told me to call corporate! I did call corporate and they refunded the entire order and told me that location should NOT have done it like that and SHOULD have replaced the order! This location is complete garbage and they don't care if the app screws up and have zero accountability for their issues! Never EVER going back to that location or using their app again!
