Ordered lunch today, items on the menu that contain no cheese, on purpose as I can’t eat it. My order was given to me with cheese, no big deal I thought, accidents happen, if they can just remake it. Unfortunate food was wasted. They did, and subtly put cheese everywhere; in the bag, on the wrapper, mixed in the food- not where it normally go would had your ordered it either. Little sprinkles everywhere. Odd, weird, rude.
We often buy from here when the kids want fats food. They always get our orders right. They’ve never mistaken anything we order.We’ve never walked in, but do drive-through. The place looks clean. Prices are great. The strawberry lemonade has real strawberries and always order some.If you order any of the loaded fries, just make sure to ask for a fork.
Very disappointed at this particular del taco. My husband and I visited this location because we recently moved in down the street. We ordered some chicken soft tacos and some crunchy beef tacos. Not only did we not get any chicken tacos but we got all soft beef tacos and some “crunchy” but really soggy. I called the store and they didn’t answer and I called because I knew they closed at midnight. We unfortunately didn’t check our food before we drive off but I didn’t think they could mess it up so bad especially when there were no cars in line at the drive- thru. Very disappointed at this location.
The staff was too busy with the three cars in the drive thru than to take my order...so I left....I won't go there again....sorry, I guess your drive thru takes prescidece.
I got 2 fish tacos and the limes they gave me we're tiny slivers of a lime, it had 0 lime juice in both. My iced coffee was also warm. I tried to call then but I was just ignored. I won't be coming back to this del taco.
I stood in line waited for a casher to finish her apple so I could place my order.Noone would even acknowledge me standing there waiting almost 5 minutes and still no acknowledgement from any staff members.So sadly I would only give this location a 2.
We ordered 3 combo meals to be delivered through Uber Eats. Our receipt showed that we paid for everything but we didn’t get any of our fries at all. Irritating. The crispy chicken in my taco was also tough and stale and seemed old. Needless to say, we weren’t very happy.
It had amazing food for an amazing cost, amazing service. I felt strangely sad leaving though
I love some Del Taco, but this location really struggles with getting orders right and understanding what's on their own menu. Today I ordered breakfast rollers and a cheesy breakfast quesadilla taco. That's what was confirmed at the drive-thru and what I was charged for, but instead I got only hash browns with my rollers. No quesadilla taco. Another time I ordered a Dulce de Leche shake with my food. They confirmed the order at the drive-thru, then when I got to the window they asked what kind of shake I wanted. When I said Dulce de Leche the guy looked confused and said they don't have that anymore (it was still on the menu board, and I had one a couple of days before and a few days later at other locations). He asked if I wanted a different flavor, but I said no, just take it off the order. They never gave me a total or a receipt, so I have no idea if I was charged for it or not. I've had several coworkers order (plain) crispy chicken tacos and the employees seem like they don't know there's a plain one on the menu. They've literally had to order a ranch crispy chicken taco, hold the ranch. On more than one occasion. I try to avoid this location, but unfortunately it's the only one near some of the places I frequent.
Food was fine. Del Taco used to be inexpensive but this visit was over $24 for 2 combo meals. Ouch.
