Absolutely loved my food! I enjoyed a combo of the Korean pork and tangy fried chicken. Super tasty. I got a spicy level six, and it was almost too spicy for my taste. There was a lot of sauce put on my cup, and it tended to overpower a good bit of the rest of the sweet rice and cabbage. Overall, a very positive experience, but I may ask for less sauce next time.
I love their veggie bop. Rock bop is also solid. My only complaint is that meat portions seem to get smaller every time I come. Asking for extra gets you about as much today as a regular used to be a year ago.We usually order to go. Today was my first time dining in, and the place could use some cleaning. Floors were sticky, tables hadn't been wiped down, and the napkin dispenser was out. I would cut the staff some slack, but the place was almost empty.
Our family loves going to Cup Bop, but we have always struggled with the huge mess caused by eating from a cup. Tonight, however, they had switched to the bowl with a lid and it was a 10 in terms of experience. Hoping this is a permanent solution so we can enjoy our bowls mess free!
This place is pretty great with a very friendly staff. I periodically receive gift cards from work for this place. The acceptance of gift cards is a bit off and on. One week I went in with a gift card and everything was fine. And another I’m told they don’t accept them. Very strange and inconsistent with the online gift cards. But overall the restaurant and staff themselves is very awesome. Quick, efficient, and super friendly. Just wish the online gift cards would get ironed out.
This place doesn’t disappoint on taste. It’s consistency delicious! My only hard part is that if you purchase a pick up order, they don’t make it until you get there. They have done this to me THREE times in a row. Each time, I wait while they make everyone else’s order in the restaurant first before they start making mine while I wait outside. This last time I eventually just stood in line because they weren’t making it even after 4 people went in after me. It’s yummy, but just don’t expect “pick up.”
I love your food. Every time we come home to Utah and visit, Cupbob is on the menu!However this particular location tends to struggle. Service tends to be sub-par, cleanliness in dining areas and floors are lacking, lounge couches smelt like wet dog. I understand that supply chain issues and labor shortages are causing some wait times may be longer. However I was surprised by the appearance of the restaurant and the service of the staff. Let us know where the food truck is and we'll eat there next time!
Food is amazing! Customer service is horrible. Order is never ready when they say it will be! This has happened twice here so far. Went in they made it just because I asked when it will be done. Finished my order then helped someone else again before he finished with me! Super disappointed

The mandoo bop was amazing! I love potstickers, and the ones there tasted soooo good!! I went there for the first time on Saturday last week, and it blew me away! The employees were really nice, great service! Can't wait to go back there again!
