I just witnessed one of the most blatantly incompetent fast food transactions ever. The clerk gave one customer their order. The customer rolls up the window, then rolls it back down and hands some items back. The clerk says, "oops," then hands the exact thing to the next car. With the ice cream tops being open, there's no telling what the first customer did, like eating out of it, if the first customer was sick, etc. The order should have been remade for the person who ordered it. Won't be going back.
Always a great experience, food is always correct and service is always friendly and not super long wait times for fresh yummy food.

Their strawberry concrete is so delicious. And the cheese curds are fantastic when you get them HOT! their fresh butter burgers are delish. Really everything here is pretty great.
Stopped for a late-night ice cream after skipping dinner. The raspberry and cheesecake add-ins made the perfect sweet treat. The pretzel bites were great, too!
Not my favorite but my family likes it. I wish they had a few more healthy choices. Maybe grilled fish, but everything seems fried. Yes, it's super delicious. Expect to usually wait around 5 or 10 minutes extra for your food, but it's fresh. Value for money is so so.
The fish was fresh and delicious and could earn a 5 star review on it's own, but I'll explain the things that brought the stars down.We are fans of the Friday Fish Frys back East, so when we recently learned Culver's had a fish dinner we thought it would be worth a try. The fish was delicious, though it doesn't hold a candle to the beer battered haddock back East. I still would give the fish 5 stars.One thing that lowered my rating may seem small, but I had studied the dinner out and had expectations it would be as advertised on the website. The website advertised a fresh warm/hot roll with butter. Unfortunately, the roll was hard and cold AND we were not given any butter. We asked about this on our way out and we're told they had butter, but must have forgotten to give it to us even though it was on our delivery slip, but they said they don't warm the rolls. Cold old rolls are not a good accent to this dinner. This withbthe delicious fish would have earned a 4 star review.However, it is a 3 star review because the floor and many tables were dirty with food, wrappers, trash...I had to brush the food off the booth seat we chose to sit at after we passed by several dirty tabletops, even though it wasn't too busy as we came in before 5 p.m. Cleanliness or the lack there of, weighs a lot on a customer review.While I understand many establishments are short staffed, keeping things clean should not fall to the bottom of the list.
The food and service is always fantastic! Their spicy chicken is so tasty as well as their fries. Butter burger is a must have and their custard is better than anything I've ever had!
Butter burgers are delish, their shrimp basket is my second favorite and their fries are actually fresh! I really like this place and how good the food tastes
I love Culver's so much! Love that they are open late and that they have fresh broccoli as a side dish. Their fried shrimp and onion rings are my fav, they fry things really well. Oh, and their pretzels are seriously fantastic. We eat here twice a month and it's consistent and delicious. Service is kind and attentive.
