Cubby's is famous for their hamburgers and salads. The food is high-quality, fresh and reasonably priced. Be sure to check out the tri tip steak sandwich, it is an incredible combination of flavors. It has bacon, tri-tip steak and the perfect amount of barbecue sauce. They have different barbecue sauces to choose from I think the spicy is the best. You can't go wrong with Cubby's.

Very Slow with the online order & dissapointed. We love Cubbys food and we regularly eat at the south Jordan location. We started ordering online before we head to the restaurant because the service has been so slow in the past. After working on a home project we decided to treat ourselves with some yummy Cubbys food. We ordered at 8:38pm, paid online, and headed to the restaurant. We arrived at 9:15 and they told us they hadn't started the order yet and that it had been pushed to the next day!!??? I asked if they would make our dinner tonight and they said they would figure it out. I've now been waiting another 20 minutes with no other clients in line and still no food. I asked for a free drink while we waited and was told No! Not even a drink while we wait.??? Very disappointed and I think we may need to find another favorite spot. If your restaurant makes a mistake the least you could do is offer us a free drink. I think you can do better. !!??

I took my kids here but we weren't fans of this place. Got a burger and it was much more pink(some red) in the middle than I would have liked but then my sons burger was cooked all the way through. I didn't like the inconsistency in how the burgers were cooked so it just turned me off the entire meal for me. The sweet potato fries were the best part. I am just visiting but I will not eat here again.

The food was fine, pricey for what you get. I am rating two stars because the customer service was awful. Megan, the employee taking orders, was unkind and not helpful when she made a mistake on our order. There was no effort to make it right. She needs a crash course in customer service or to be put in the back washing dishes. As a customer, I have so many restaurants to choose from, that it will be a very long time until I give Cubby’s another chance.

imagine what week-old fries might taste like, reheated just before given to you. That's what they served me tonight. When I asked for some fresh fries the kid tried to put a few fresh ones on top of the old bag. When I asked that they replace the whole bag one of the employees said in spanish "they're crazy tonight".You'd think a place that charges more than a restaurant would manage to not serve stale food, cover it up and insult the customers. No thanks.

Very impressed with the kindness of the staff!! They know who they are! Our son is having surgery up the road and I had my sticker on my shirt with his name on it. Lol. They wrote a kind note in our to go bag suggesting they hope all goes well with surgery and a nice surprise too. Thank you very much to those of you who were aware! Awesome experience.

Great vibes, appealing, clean, establishment. Loved the story behind their menu. But it really wasn’t the best burger, pretty dry and no distinctive flavor. And it was super overpriced. Their Mac and cheese was delicious though!

I’ve loved Cubby’s for years. Every time I come up north I make a point to stop. I have now tried the South Jordan and Provo locations. At the Provo location the staff spent most of the time playing around, eating in the dining room, and one even talked about wanting to date a 14 teen year old. The adults working in the front were also partaking in the horseplay. I was the only order they had, a salad. It took them more than 20 minutes to make it. Tonight we attempted to eat at the South Jordan location, only to find it closed 30 minutes early with the staff hanging outside around their cars.

Terrible expensive food, blue cheese fires, totally soggy, ordered Tomato Basil soup and was served butternut squash, returned it and was told it was tomato basil if I didn’t like it throw it away and walked off!No one else was in the restaurant with 5 people on staff, never going back. 2 kids meals a salad, blue fries small cup of wrong soup $52

Overall a decent dining experience. The menu is pretty straightforward. There are pictures on the wall which is helpful if you’ve never eaten there.Employees were kind but not enthusiastic. Food did take a little while to come out. It is delivered to your table via a numbering system (cows). The food was all the appropriate temperature. The grilled cheese was remarkably average with the only excitement being the random cranberry bite (made on cranberry bread). The chicken sandwich was a little dry but had a decent sauce. The highlight of the meal was the sweet potato fries with the maple sipping sauce. The fries were excellent by themselves, but the maple sauce really set it apart from other fries. A definite must try.
