I mostly order through the app at least once in 2 weeks. I am always welcomed. My order is handed to me as soon as I go to the pick up counter. Most of them know me and everything is good. Only problem they close at 9 during weekdays.
Today, Cinco de Mayo, was definitely a busy day. I ordered online and set my pickup time. I inadvertently, set the time for 2 hours later than I intended. However, when I showed up the staff and especially the manager still hooked me up with my order! No complaints, no comments, just fast service! Great crew at this location, my glass they're my closest store. Great job guys!
I went in the mid-afternoon, and the service was awesome! I didn't get any names, but everyone was very friendly.They also let my nachos run slowly through the oven, so the cheese melted properly (some locations pull it out early to give you the food faster). Overall, great experience.
We love Costa Vida!! Their new Chile verde pork burrito is super tasty and definitely fills you up! The staff was friendly and quick! Always a great experience with Costa Vida!
Absolutely love Costa Vida! I got a chicken salad with everything and couldn't be happier! They're food is great and they really do a nice job catering to gluten free folks. I go at least once a month.
Costa Vida is a pretty good Cafe Rio knock off. I had the shredded beef salad. Overall it was about as good as the same salad at Cafe Rio. The dressing and tortillas aren't as good and contain noticeably more sugar. I would also say the seasoning isn't as good. The atmosphere for dine in is really nice. I prefer Cafe Rio but this is a good option definitely a step up from Chipotle.
The BEST Costa Vida in the valley. Their chips are fresh and the workers are efficient and friendly. I love the sweet pork enchiladas and nachos, my kids go for the sweet pork burritos and cheese quesadilla. I always get the horchata. I love that you can customize your order. Try the burrito with medium sauce on the inside and mild on the outside. And if your kids don’t like beans, they’ll give you double rice in the kids meal.
Good location. They do the necessary service and I appreciate it. I've been to other locations that just inch it up a notch and pay attention to details so can't give five stars here. Otherwise I would. However, they are pretty reliable in terms of consistency in the service I get so 4.5 stars ?.
I usually have a good experience at this location, and this time was no exception! Service was fantastic and prepared my meals just as requested (unlike a competitor)… My food was great- I got a Baja Bowl, which is a a tasty healthy alternative. We also got some nachos and quesadillas, all of which tasted fresh and full of flavor.
this costa rips you off, they serve the smallest portions possible. They really gotta step up their game. Your basically paying for an adult meal but get the size of a kids meal. If you want better service go to costa in herriman.
