We come to this cold stone often and have great experiences, but today’s was the best. Aubree put on quite a show for the people waiting in line. Throwing ice cream in the air to entertain her customers all the while being the only employee there, she worked quickly and even had to do check out after working hard to make order and order and not a single complaint or show of frustration from her. Give this girl a raise!
Whoever the store owner is of this location should be embarrassed. I get it is busy on weekend nights but there isn’t never enough people working and the employees are not trained to work efficiently. It shouldn’t take an hour to get ice cream with 20 people in line with enough people working. While we stood in line for an hour I counted 10 people who were in line and left.
Don’t care about delivery drivers. Literally you make no money delivering their ice creams.
Got kicked out for not wearing a mask even though the mask mandate was lifted. This while it was packed with people not wearing masks and eating their ice cream. Was told to go outside and order online or call and order. Will never go back. Customer service is key and this place has terrible customer service. Went to a different cold stone up redwood road and they didn’t kick you out for wearing a mask.
I placed a pick up order for 7:34 PM. When I went in at 7:40, I said, “hi, I have a pick up order.” Both employees looked at me and then proceeded to ignore me for 5 minutes. They kept serving the other people in line. At 7:45, I went outside and my husband went in to see what was up. They told him that they would make the pick up order after they had served everyone in line, which was. We were not able to get our pick up order until 8:00 PM. I understand that the store is busy, but it’s frustrating to be ignored and then pushed aside.
Only giving 4 stars because the “coldstone mama” was working her butt off!! Positive friendly and did a killer job despite her associate never showing! She was alone and it was slammed but this woman still delivered ❤️ Give this woman a raise! Broke my heart she was short handed , only negative part about the experience.

The employees are not friendly. The waiting time is too long, really the employees can attend to people quickly, but they are rude and they don't, I think they can give a better service.

I’m not very happy with my experience. I love cold stone and we had time to kill so we stopped in. The air conditioning was broken, which is not anyone’s fault, but the store should have been closed or something instead of just serving melted ice cream. My ice cream was half melted when it was given to me and my husbands shake was the consistency of milk. It was a waste of money and time.
