Brought mom in for her 91st bday ice cream. Sato came and sang for us. What a special moment. Another employee put a little extra in moms super cup. I would return since they were an awesome group of employees.
Just ordered from here on DoorDash. Without making any effort to contact me, they canceled my order. Seriously? Tacky.So then I proceeded to reach out to DoorDash. They called the restaurant twice. Nobody answered.I’m definitely unimpressed with the way they conduct business.
I really like cold stone creamery. It is one of my favorite spots for ice cream. However, this location is not one that I recommend. I visited tonight for the final time. Their customer service is horrendous. I understand that they are just high school kids, but their treatment of others leaves a lot to be desired. Tonight they turned all their lights off 15 minutes prior to the posted closing time and asked us to leave. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Training is an issue here. I will drive five extra minutes to find another location.
I have always loved this place. Good service and decently priced ice cream. You get to pick the ice cream and the toppings to go with it.
Not sure what was up tonight, got charged because I switched my base ice cream? Even though I've done that everytime. Prices seem to be much higher.I also didn't get my change back. I got a blank stare until I said, I guess yoy can keep the change...
Tried the Reese's ice cream combination, and really enjoyed it. Peanut butter and chocolate just work. The employee who made it seemed unfamiliar with it, as it was new, but worked fast as they could. Will return.
This location has super friendly and fast service. They always greet you with a smile. It is my favorite ice cream parlor in town!

This is seriously the best ice cream place ever. The workers are so welcoming and nice and the manager is absolutely my favorite!! :) I definitely would recommend it to anyone.
They have the sweetest staff. Setu was the sweetest and a very hard worker and the manager is very understanding. The ice cream is great and very customizable. I loved coming here the service is amazing. If you go I recommend getting a waffle bowl they’re the best
