I’m no chipotle newbie, but with that I’m also no chipotle “frequent flyer”. The experience I had at this location is forever unmatched. The display of kindness, professionalism, and altruism witnessed at this location is far beyond any expectations. The sweet young woman who assisted me throughout my order was not a hair short of outstanding, keeping my wait time to a minimum and satisfaction at a maximum. I was so deeply impressed by this astounding display of commitment and professionalism that I felt truly inclined to ask for this amazing woman’s name. Jen, you are the reason I will be back at this location for many times to come. If I were writing your checks I’d be ashamed at whatever it is they’re paying you because no matter what it is, it’s not enough. These are the experiences to be had at any restaurant. If you ever find yourself needing a job, I would hire you instantaneously. Cheers.
Staff was alright, food tasted good, but received two of the tiniest burritos I’ve ever seen in my life. Even if I stacked them on top of each other, they still wouldn’t be the size of a normal Chipotle burrito (it was approximately 6 bites of burrito). I cannot believe that the staff thought that was a burrito worth over $8. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of money. Go to a different location.
This is very clean and nice. Food is fresh and it’s pretty quick. The only issue I’ve had is with the young inexperienced and not so friendly staff. We love the Chipotlane drive-up. Overall a good place.
WHO RUNS THIS LOCATION. My goodness! Is it so impossible to get an order correct? I ordered a burrito through the app, picked it up in the chipotlane, got all the way home to a bowl in the bag with no burrito in sight. I said “did I order it that way??” check the bags receipt and it says burrito as clear as day. I said, fine whatever the bowl will be okay. I take one bite and but of course, it’s cold. Like, old cold. Not “got cold on the drive home” cold. I showed up 5 mins early to my pickup time, why was it COLD? I want to love this location because it’s so close but ugh they make it so hard to.
Please read:: I loved chipotle when I lived in Colorado, I really really want you guys to succeed… but this was so bad. My order didn’t have cheese, queso, or sour cream in the burrito, I also ordered only their mild salsa because I love adding my hot sauce at home, and they chose to add the hot salsa to my mix (I personally don’t think their hot salsa has a very good flavor). I double checked the order (on the receipt on the bag), because I thought maybe I mistyped when ordering online… and i remembered correctly what I ordered. The salsa, plus not having the ingredients I paid extra for was such a bummer. On top of that, I’m moving and don’t have any utensils at home, I asked for utensils and napkins and they did not add either. By the time I got home and started eating the store was already closed, so I couldn’t even go back to get it corrected. I loved chipotle when I lived in Colorado… I haven’t found a single good one out here… but this is this is the worst chipotle in Utah. :(
HORRIBLE SERVICE. Food tasted OK. One person ahead of me ordering, took 10 minutes to make his food because it was an employee ordering his food. lots of talking between them, ignoring new customers that came in, by the time the employes food was done there was already about 8 other persons waiting to order. I was in there about 20 minutes, he didn't even know how to wrap my burrito! I had to ask him to put it in a bowl because It was a mess. Very disappointed.

But lately poor experience after poor experience combined with this most recent nightmare has left me thinking I need to find a new Mexican-American restaurant staple.Both burritos were incorrect. The vegan burrito was filled with steak and chicken and had no veggies. The chicken burrito had no chicken, the wrong beans, and veggies.When we tried to correct the mistake through the app it only allowed us to input one mistake.When we tried to call we were unable to speak with anyone and then it directed us to the app.They also refused to refund the order. But gave a 1/4 of the order price as a future use voucher?!
Had the carnitas burrito which was good. The store was nice and clean. Great service here as well
Talk about terrible service. Kids are not pleased to help you and do a terrible job at putting your food together. If I could give a zero I would. My bowl had rice and beans. When I asked to actually put the meat in they stared at me like I was asking too much. This place just opened and I advise to go somewhere else. I will NEVER go back to this Chipotle!!!!
Quick service, great food. I wish people behind the counter little more courteous.
