Kindest staff ever! Me and my husband went in right before closing, I was worried they’d want us out so they could close but they told us we could stay until 15 mins after close and even gave us a free cookie!Carter especially stood out as kind and considerate, this is my new favorite location (and obviously one of my favorite fast food places).

Literally the worst chick fil a location I’ve ever been to. I have never had an order messed up at CFA until this place. They are extremely inconsistent, every other time items are missing or we get items that we didn’t even order. I normally just make do but after twice in a row having items missing I went back- with the receipt- and was told by a woman named Becky that they “don’t replace orders” and “would send coupons”. The coupons just arrived and aren’t even relative to the items that were missing from our order. Tell me how a coupon for a free 8 pc nugget is equivalent to a missing 12 pc? This location must not be run by people who care about living up to the CFA standard.

I was so pleased with our order tonight. My husband and I usually order through Door Dash but they always forget the jalapeño salsa. We ordered dinner tonight and I called the store and had the pleasure of speaking with Carter, he displayed perfect phone manners and customer service. I asked if he could add the jalapeño salsa to my order since it wasn't an option on the app. He did not disappoint. I called the store again to compliment him to the manager and apparently he is a manager.... lucky store. I was impressed. Great service!

People are friendly and the food is good but for crying out loud the wait is so long to get your food! Management/owners - Please, please go see what other locations are doing to speed up their service.

Long lines but it goes quickly! Staff are in place outside ready to take your order with tablets and take payments. Friendly, organized and fast!

What the hell happened? This place was amazing before they shut down and “remodeled”. Now the only way to get my order is some tiny storage room with all their coats. Did the old franchise owners sell or something?Why would the dining room be closed again? Come on Chic-fil-a!

Chic-Fil-A has always been great with their fast, and amazing service. However, today was a unique experience and because I was unable to get anyone on the phone there, I am writing a review. Today was the first time our order was not completely fulfilled. We were missing fries, and we did verify on the receipt that we paid for them. Totally honest mistake, and things happen. However, when I couldn't get anyone on the phone, and the message said they weren't taking call-in orders because their dining room is closed due to COVID, I was over it. There was no way I was going to drive back to the restaurant, just to wait in a drive thru, and ask for my fries. Not worth it. Especially because then our sandwiches would be cold. I COMPLETELY understand that currently everyone is suffering from lack of proper staffing. But if there was a concern that a customer had, there should be someone available to answer the phone.I don't like leaving a 3* review, but even in the trying times we are experiencing today, there should be someone available to at least take a phone call. I feel this is the only way for someone at the store to know what happened. I'm not upset, it was an inconvenience. I would have made the drive back if I could have met someone outside to grab the fries. Not going to take the time to wait in a drive through, again, just to get the fries I ordered. We will always come back to this store. They have always been on point, and everyone has an off day. I just felt someone at this location should know about what I experienced.

the food was okay, but they forgot my husbands pickles on his burger. the lady kylie was nice but she was kind of not keeping eye contact or even say hello. won’t be coming here again. thanks though!

First time ordering on the app. Process was flawless. Chose to pick up through the drive through. Told the gal at the line my info, and there was my order. Have had lots of bad experiences with apps and just drive through orders in general. But not with Chick-fil-a!!! Order was filled perfectly, promptly, and with a smile.

Food is good but their dining room is closed for Covid again I guess, and they don’t have any menus in the drive through so unless you know exactly what you want you won’t know what to order
