Service was awful!I love Carl's Jr.They must be in desperate need of employeesTo had qualify a manager by the name of Regina.She had no customer service skills whatsoever she is clearly in the wrong fieldMy order was wrong and she pretty much turn around and close the drive thru window on me I was out of luck. No apology just plain rude.For a moment i thought i was in a ghetto area with her nasty attitude.Carl's Jr really need to pay attention to who they hire. Regina sure knows how to tarnished a good restaurant experience.
My husband and I live out of town. We stayed the night and decided to stop at Carl’s Jr. for breakfast. We went through the drive through and the lady taking our order seemed to have a very bad attitude with us. Then at the end of our order we heard a male yell over the speaker “F*CK YOU”. We decided not to complete the order, as we were pulling forward we heard the male who was previously yelling, screaming “F*CK YOU, YOU FAT MOTHERF*CKER.”

The guy working was so kind. He held open the door, waited patiently as we decided on and ordered our food, then brought it right out and returned multiple times as we asked for sauces and ice because the ice machine was out. This guy deserves a raise?
The customer service here is cheeks ???Walked into the store and saw no workers and after a few minutes they all walked out of the same room. Gave the cashier a $5 dollar bill and this dude was inspecting it like it was fake $100 bill. Just cuz we are brown, I guess he has to make sure we are using real money. And he charged my friend for two fries when he asked for one. Food was mid af.
Worst customer services ever. After going back to request a refund the supervisor had a nasty attitude during the whole time. The care more about keeping up with their drive thru time, than keeping up with their service and food quality.

It’s just really bad…I have so much to write about. So I was overcharged 3 times for the burgers, instead of getting one I was getting different. Two times I was like whatever, not coming back. But today I did. I brought them inside, and told the manager that it happened 3 times already. Instead of refunding me my money he just told that they’ll make the new ones, so after waiting 20 minutes on drive through I was waiting another 15 minutes inside. Before that I was ordering criscut fries instead of regular and was getting regular. After I told I t the girl she said they can’t do anything about it and asked me if I wanted to order extra cris cut fries. Horrible service. Will be complaining to corporate.
Very clean, including bathroom. Staff was friendly and efficient. The western bacon cheeseburger is probably my favorite burger among the fast food joints.
