This specific location in the district has been running behind (which is fine, covid, staff shortage, whatever), but when you can’t take accountability that you’re behind and still give decent customer service, thats where the problem lies. I placed a mobile order for my husband to pick up, he got there 5 mins later than the supposed pick up time & the order wasn’t ready. When he asked the employee about the order, they told him he needs to stand in line like everyone else, even if it’s a mobile order. If that is truly the case, UPDATE YOUR MOBILE ORDERING because it literally says, SKIP THE LINE. And also, don’t be rude that people expected their order to be ready by the time they got there as that’s what was promised. Peoples time is valuable.
Consistent, fast, and pretty good most of the time! Salads are sometimes hit and miss, this last time the chicken tasted pretty off, but the sandwich was great.
Never had a bad Zupas experience but this location in particular was impressionable.Skin left on the avocados,Rotten strawberries,ALSO we had an extremely dirty tray (like not even washed) and when asking for a new one they had to dig through the pile of “clean” trays to find one.Worth driving a little longer to go to the Partridge Lane Zupas.
I went in with my husband on 4/15/22 at 9 PM when they closed at 10 PM, and the girl up front with dark red hair who was making salads gave us the worst customer service I have ever seen. She was visibly upset because we came in somewhat close to closing, especially when we told her we’d be dining in (even though we ended up leaving around 9:30 anyways). She was very short with us the entire time we were ordering from her. I usually just figure the worker is having a bad night, but right after we stopped talking to her she was laughing with her coworkers. It honestly ruined our night. I will definitely not be coming back here because of my experience with this employee. For the sake of your customers and business I would not schedule her night shifts (or at all) anymore.
I like Zupas certain salads and soups, not big on their sandwiches though. Small size desserts are are okay but overpriced. On separate note, and in my personal opinion, and based on my recent visit experience, i think diversified staffing is lacking and very much needed.

Horrible.. I'm sorry to leave such a bad review... Me and my Family were so excited to eat here but it was all just so terrible. Soups were runny, sandwiches just gross. Everything looked so good and we were excited, We spent 55 dollars and for the food to be absolutely terrible.
The Jordan Landing location has night management problems. Workers standing around yacking. They refused to take an in-store order at 8:25, 35 minutes before close, because they said they had too many online orders. Have previously also been told at 8:30 that it had to be a to go order because they were cleaning. They are also frequently out of things hours before close which speaks mismanagement. So, most recent visit when we were refused service, we went to The District location and were served without issue by friendly people actually working
First time at a zupas my wife is sick at home so she wanted a soup. We live in south Jordan I work in salt lake. I decided to stop at the one at the district. I walked inside and ordered her soup and me a sandwich. When I got to work the sandwich was missing. Make sure you double check your order. This was my first and gonna be my last time at Zupas.
We went to have dinner at Cafe zupas last night and the soup was okay, however, the salad was bitter and not very tasty, it was plain. We had the on that comes with quinoa. The staff does not wear a hairnet nor a face mask. Servers were friendly.
