In general we really like Cafe Zupas; I often get their combo with a sandwich and half salad, which comes with a "roll" and a chocolate covered strawberry. We've only been to this location once, recently, and it was decent. Not the best Zupas but certainly not the worst. Probably won't be going out of my way to go to this location.
I ordered a salad, and they only gave me lettuce, for each ingredient that came in the salad they only put a tablespoon of each, I was waiting for a good salad, not just lettuce, for that I go and buy it at the supermarket.

Thus place was great. Sandwich and salad both delicious and super fresh. Pet friendly patio.
Sandwiches and salads are pretty good, a bit pricey but better than subway. If you opt to get something other than a soda, be warned ⚠️ it's all watered down ⚠️ and not as appealing as it looks.
We had an exceptionally large group and they got us in and served in short order. The food was wonderful... soups, sandwiches, salads, and desserts... amazing!
I normally love this location. But today, changed it all. I found a moth in my salad. Absolutely disgusting. At least they refunded me my money. One star for that.
Opened my $10 salad at home after ordering online and picking up like I do almost every other week. Roll and strawberry were missing. I was disappointed so I decided to call and try and at least get the charge adjusted. Turns out that they were well aware that they left them out. They said they were all out and that's why they didn't include them. I asked about getting the price adjusted and they said that they couldn't do that because the roll and strawberry aren't included in the price. Oh really, who knew that they give you a part of your meal out of the kindness of their hearts after you pay 10 bucks for a freaking salad. Ridiculous. A little communication and acknowledgement of fault would go a long way toward retaining regular customers. Good luck growing your business with a "customer is stupid" attitude.
Never had a bad experience here. Food is always great, and everyone working here is always nice. It's a favorite lunch spot for us.
Wanted to surprise my valentines with her favorite. Ordered a Strawberry Creme Brulee and they sent a rice crispy. It was delivered, so I couldn't send it back with the third party delivery service they use through CafeZupas.com.
