Whoever was working the drive thru today, hopefully her manager or supervisor gives her a bonus or a raise! I couldn’t remember if the name was shariah or mariah. Anyways, when I pulled up to the drive thru, I forgot my debit card and tried paying for it through my phone bt it wasn’t processing through. She quickly pulled out her own card and paid for my meal. She did it without hesitation and deserves a recognition! Thank you again! ?
Giving 1 star is too high for this location. If you are not open until 10 update your hours! They say drive-thru only then block the drive-thru off with buckets full of rocks.... what a joke... If you are looking for good service, warm food. Drive the extra 9 minutes to the Burger King on 13400 and Bangerter. We will be happy you did!
I understand this place is short staff but the fact that it took a hour for my meal and they still got it wrong shows the lack of caring and wanting to satisfy customer service then the fact burger kings Motto be your way and then I get told no to something I’ve order at multiple stores and got it is just the icing on top to the poor lack of work at this location !!!!!!!
Update: tried it again, and the order was perfect.BK burgers are always better tasting to me. This location is no different in food taste. But, of the 3 times we have gone, they have yet to get our order correct. This time we used the app to order, so when we got home and saw it was wrong yet again, we just made note of it through the app. To my surprise the person working the app credited our money back. Might be the best way to order from this location, so you have a little protection when they inevitably get your order wrong.
Me and my grandma went to get some ice cream and Mozzarella sticks the sticks were not warm they had no cheese in them and they didn't give us the right amount of money back!
It took a minute to get service in the store but once they got to me it was very quick and delicious.
Service was a little slow, but the cashier was so friendly! My whopper was correct and tasted great.
My husband ordered a Whopper with only ketchup cheese and onions. I ordered an original chicken sandwich with no mayo. The pictures below show what we got. The fries were good, hence the 2 starts. We need to be refunded!
Just had the worse experience in fast food history. This is what a 35 minute sandwich looks like. Won't be returning to this Burger place. Clearly not the king... Update 11-15-21 still not the king. Made a big mistake in stopping by this place once again. It sucks when you pay cash with exact change and the cashier can't count. So they give you change back and short you a dollar. What makes it even more sad is when the manager supports the mistake and slams the window before accepting they're wrong and replacing the coins with a dollar bill.
