This place has terrible customer service. I called in and ordered a 12" cheese pizza for carryout and they charged me $17. But when I got down to the store to pick it up, the sign in the store said $5 for the exact same pizza. The person at the counter said that was their "carry-out" price and would not refund me the difference. I've been to other Big Daddy pizza locations and they have always been great, but this one was a terrible experience.
The experience is still alright, the pizza has changed from when I first loved it here years ago
I was super impressed when I received a call during the day confirming my scheduled pizza order. But The Pizza arrived 30 minutes late from the scheduled time. The delivery guy never knocked on the door so who knows how long the pizza was left on my porch in the snow. The pizza was completely cold by time We ate it for a party. No one liked it. I was planning to tip him cash but couldn’t even give it to him because he didn’t knock. I do not recommend using there online and delivery service.
How hard is it to cook a pizza? Just came home after spending 35+ dollars on uncooked pizza dough on two pizzas. I don't know of one pizza place that cooks its crust past doughy. Isn't this a timed process?? Should be pretty simple. No one should have to ask not to be sick from eating dough. No one should have to ask for a pizza to be cooked "well-done" to have it be up to health standards. I think I'm done with pizza from now on. I'll just have to make my own. What a joke!!!!

Pizza never showed up. When asked for my money back, they claimed they never got my order. My bank account reflected differently. When asked for a manager was never given one, was told that they refused to refund my money or deliver a pizza. Store claimed to never have my order, never made my pizza, couldn't find an order number, nothing. I ordered through they website and as you can see from the response below, not their problem. So if they made my order why was I told that it was never received by your store???Horrible service, lies after lies $52.77 missing. Stay away!
Pizza is very inconsistent. Today after receiving a very undercooked pizza for the third time out of 5 orders the past few months I decide to call and make them aware of the problem. The owner argues with me on the phone and says I have to order "well done", so basically the pizza doe being raw is my fault. I will not be returning to this location ever again!
Typical big daddy’s pizza, fresh and delicious as always. The 5/5 stars is for the SERVICE. Extremely polite and respectful. Made sure my pizza was perfect before I left.
Really like the Chinese guy there.. very friendly nd he makes good Pizza ??????
