I normally don't go to Beans and Brews cause the coffee always tastes burned but I decided to try it again. Ordered a Vanilla Soy Latte and it was so bad I spit it out and dumped the rest. Won't be "trying" them out again anytime soon.

The store is the worst. We waited over 15 minutes for one small strawberry cream frappuccino. After 12 minutes and not receiving it, went to the counter and asked where it is. The girl working said, oh ya. Then they started to make it. No apologies.
The manager here does an AMAZING job. Peppy, friendly, upbeat, and energetic: She *is* heart and soul of this location. You can feel the respect and cohesion she inspires in her diverse team.Beans and Brews, you have a *very* special manager here, and it seems wise for you to do everything you can to keep her. She is a gem of a manager!

Love the staff so much fun, but also professional, clean and courteous, price is not bad compared to other coffee shops around.
Their hot chai latte is not tasty and watered down. I ordered at this particular Beans and Brews twice and they messed it up both times. The one on Jordan parkway is so much better!
