I waited over 5 minutes for one coffee and two sandwiches just for the sandwiches to still be half frozen. Nobody else was in the drive through or even the parking lot, so it isn’t that they were just busy and going fast.
i love beans and brews all locations have the best most friendly staff!! i wont go anywhere else
They need to learn to make their drinks and not trying to charge double.
Ordered two simple drinks, they forgot to make one of them and the other was wrong. When I went back up to ask for the missing creamer, the barista said, “well, I don’t know- I didn’t make it.” Rude and the drinks were not good.
Waaaaay too much ice! Why is that your standard? Rip off.
This location struggles with making a good latte. They also use that same nasty wood clipboard that has been there since before Covid, and insist on each customer touching it through the entire pandemic. I recommend they start using a plastic one that can easily be disinfected.I included a picture of a B&B Latte compared to a Starbucks Latte, both made within 10 min of each other. You can see one is made with foam and the other one looks like gas station coffee with some creamer poured into it.
Always friendly folks here. And not to mention, they are awesome for the younger age workers to be there early in the morning having coffee ready. You guys rock! ?
OKAY HOL UP! love this shop! Was up the street at different coffee shop with a 15+ car line, so came here instead and had a great experience. Was quick in and out. WHATEVER BARISTA AND WINDOW GIRL WAS THERE FRI, OCT 8 AT 945AM DESERVE A RAISE. Window girl had great customer service asking about my weekend and plans and my drink was complicated but the Barista NAILED it!!!! Thanks Beans! You're definitely better than starpoops.Edit: was so excited, I spilled on my jeans but 100/10 worth the stain.
Will be leaving my 1 star rating until my wife’s issue has been resolved by the store owner. (1 month waiting so far)
Staff was really fun to interact with. Definitely lively and not stand offish like some of the other coffee shops I have been to. Really enjoyed my visit.
