10/10 best place yet! Brayden , maddy , and many others are the absolute best! I love them all. Great atmosphere. Always having a good laugh with these people .
Used to be a super fan of this coffee. The dine in areas are always great for me, decorations, lights, quiet, some of the restaurants have table games which my son loves! BUT... lately coffee has a taste to "dirty water" so to speak. Maybe just water but is not this lovely coffee taste.. I hope there is something they can do to improve it
I’m so disappointed in the customer service I received today! I rarely use my rewards and this morning when I decided to for some reason it deducted the rewards on my end but apparently wasn’t showing it had on the cashiers end! Allie was helping me, and she is GREAT always has been, she brought the issue with my points up to Chris the manger and when she and I explained what happened he said there was nothing he could do to assist and that I would still have to pay for my drinks! I was frustrated because I had already paid according to my reward deduction shown! I get it things happen but I was floored when Chris, knowing I’m a loyal customer to the point where I don’t even have to tell HIM what i want to order when I drive through, told me “I don’t understand why your upset with me but I can’t explain to my boss why I didn’t collect your $20 for this order” mind you I frequent THIS beans EVERY morning, 7 days a week, with a minimum order of $19 with a $2 tip EVERYTIME! I think explaining to your boss that YOU lost a loyal customer who spends over $100 a week would be much worse then comping my $20 order this morning! Pretty sure your boss would have understood this customer retention effort! Highly disappointed and WILL NOT be returning to this location, despite Allie’s efforts to make this right!
The girls at this location have horrible attitudes and frequently forget to add espresso shots and cow's milk substitutes, but they make sure to charge for it every time.If you order a muffin they will give it to you still frozen. Beans and Brews as a company is great. But please avoid this location at the District.
Yesterday around 6:45, a man came into the store to order but the baristas were no where to be found. He waited at the counter after the door alarm went off for a few minutes and then asked me if the employees were there. He walked around the front and called out to the employees to no avail. After a few more minutes, I told him he’d probably have more luck going through the drive thru. As soon as he left the building and came through the drive thru, the two baristas came up to the front.I get not hearing the door alarm when in the back working, but there should be some kind of bell or camera at the front because this man (and I) had no way of getting the baristas’ attention. I feel bad for this guy.
The drinks were great but the customer service hasn’t been the best. Sarah took my order and wasn’t the friendliest. I used to love coming to this location but the service isn’t the same.
I'm sad to say this location has really gone down hill. My husband and I frequent Beans & Brews and have been going to this location for about 2 years now. This used to be our favorite Beans, but the service is not the way it used to be. Too many employees with attitudes or just bad customer service skills all together. Today, after placing our order in the drive thru, the employee forgot to turn off her mic and we heard her complaining after taking our order. This employee was very unfriendly so we did not leave a tip. That seemed to just upset her. She seemed very annoyed and didn't say another word to us, even after we thanked her for preparing our drinks and food. When my husband went to take a bite of his sandwich, the center was still frozen- that's something that seems to happen more and more often at this location.
By far the worst location I been to, not only did the drive through take 30 mins (3 cars ahead of me) but they messed up on my drink too which took another 10 mins! Definitely never coming here again.
Amazing stuff!! the food is always hot and apatizing and they're all very friendly.
