I've been coming to Baskin-Robbins my entire life. I know their business hours in my head. They're open until 10:00 p.m. daily. Including Sundays. That's why I was surprised to see the open sign turned off at 8:30 p.m. on a Sunday. Actually drove away and then decided to double check the hours on google. Sure enough until 10. I used to own a small restaurant and it was a huge piece of mine when I would catch my staff turning the sign off early to deter business if they wanted to go home. I did actually call the Baskin Robbins staff out for the sign being turned off and nobody took responsibility. I saw several other cars pull in a drive off like I did. Hope the franchise owner sees this and either fixes the broken sign or redirects their staff to never do this again. This is how people go out of business.
The gal who makes the cakes is a magician!!!! The quality is fantastic the designs flawless. Always ready and on time always incredible.
I have 5 kids and they always want their birthday cake from here. The cakes always amazing and they do everything we ask special for those occasions to make them perfect. Every cake is done on time and perfect. Thank you for making my kids special days even more special. We will be coming here forever. We wish we had one closer but worth the drive.
Avoid coming to this Baskin Robins by the District in South Jordan. I was hesitant to write this review, but this is the second time I receive the WORSE service ever. Today’s bad experience was: The employees were kicking the customers out the inside dinning at 9:30 PM and the store supposed to be open until 10:00 PM. Last time, we asked for a water cup, and the same rude boy told us we had to buy water bottles because they didn’t provide curtesy water cups for their clients.
I love this Baskin Robbins. LeAnn is the most amazing cake artist. I can’t say enough good things about her. She creates masterpieces that are both beautiful and edible. You won’t go wrong ordering a cake from her. We have ordered cakes from her several times and have never been disappointed.
Ever since I was a young lad, I've LOVED Baskin Robbins. What better way to treat yourself on a hot summer day than a thick creamy scoop of ice cream or a delightful milkshake. The wonderful decor brought the same vibe as I remembered from my childhood experiences. The employees quickly served the customers ahead of us. The one employee who attended to us was cheerful and helpful in letting us sample different ice creams. One thing that bothered me was the fact that she wasn't wearing gloves when serving the ice cream - which I'm pretty sure they are always supposed to do, even pre-COVID. The ice cream was perfectly creamy and flavorful. The prices are very reasonable, but were even better considering TMobile's free $5 coupon. Wish we had a Baskin Robbins closer to home so I could indulge myself more often.
The best place for the best nostalgic childhood experience. Classic hot fudge sundaes. Let’s not forget the favorite. German Chocolate cake flavor that is now seasonal.
Great customer service, very friendly and accomodating. They helped me with a birthday cake for my wife. Much better than the Sandy location.
The managers or owners parking up in the front is completely unprofessional. Give your customers a spot to park
