About a month ago we ordered online and went to pick up our food. The guy at the window was very professional, and I appreciated him putting on a fresh glove while getting our drinks and snapping the lids on. It did look like he was having to multi-task a lot, so I wonder if they were having a staffing problem that day, but his service was good, as was the food we got.
The chicken is good. The fries, not so much. They tasted like old frozen krinkle cuts. I tried one before I got home and they were already cold and hard. I will say that I like that they have lots of different sauce choices, and a soda machine with an insane amount of drink choices. Fix the fries and this place would be worth it for weekly trips.
Let me start this with: I LOVE ZAXBYS. But this location is in desperate need of proper management. Waited for OVER AN HOUR for the second time in two weeks for fast food, what’s wrong with me?? In that time I watched a young worker walk off the job, flip off the ENTIRE parking lot full of 10+ cars they kept redirecting to park in the front lot and “wait” for their food. Watched the staff yell at each other and watched the entire lot get hella mad. Man, the post COVID times are right messed up. Save your money and just step down and go to Wendy’s across the street, at least they won’t make you sit in the lot for an hour while they lock the front door and ignore everyone.
Ordered a Cob Zalad got home and it didn't have any chicken whatsoever. Really how hard is it to finish the salad before handing it off to the customer.
I feel like it might not be the most sanitary location when a females stomach can clearly be seen?
Decided to try out Zaxby's for dinner and ordered Chicken Finger Plate for takeout. Unfortunately it's nothing special, they also forgot all the extras. I was supposed to get ranch, didn't get it, no ketchup, nothing and fries were a little cold as well. This was overpriced for and average chicken strip dinner.
This is my favorite place for fried chicken. Raising Cane's is a close second. I'm a huge fan of the chicken tenders but usually get a boneless wings and things since I get both tenders and wings.
Way over priced, get a $5 chicken sandwich for an $8 price. The food is good but the value falls extremely short.
Zaxby's signature chicken sandwich is great but about $3 more than KFC, Popeye's and Chick Filet.
See picture. You may be thinking, "well, that's just a leftover cookie from the order..."Problem is, I didn't order any cookies. So underneath my actual order, was this half eaten cookie and wrapper. Seriously, what have I done to deserve this.
